I ordered and delivery kept being pushed back. Then my order said delivered except it was never delivered. I called and they said they would issue a refund and then hung up. They need to get rid of door dash delivering food. Horrible experience especially for kids looking forward to pizza.

Forget the sauce cups we pay extra for EVERY SINGLE TIME. Customer service says “we will remind them”. Doesn’t matter, just poorly run franchise.

Omg I used to eat papa John’s all the time and haven’t in a while. Now I know why. This was the WORST pizza I’ve ever had. Supposed to be NY style and 3/4 of the pizza was crust. No extra sauce, some pieces had toppings others didn’t. Such a shame.

We just picked up our pizza after waiting in the parking lot for 30 min and the man that was working was so rude I'm still in shock not only was he that rude to us he also told another man that was waiting for his order that he didn't speak Spanish and to go home and make noodles it was horrible

At approximately 9:35 pm I placed my order for delivery and it was doordashed too the wrong address because of a mistake on there end. I spoke with Sarah and she was going to fix the delivery location but the current driver couldn’t deliver because it was already canceled for him, so Sarah was going to have to resend another driver and has been giving me the run around for the past 1 1/2 hours. And this last time I called she hung up in my face. It’s been 2 1/2 hours since I been waiting for my pizza too get delivered, not only that but everytime I call no one answers and I’m continuously stuck on hold. And I know they aren’t busy because the hour says slower than usual/not busy.

I placed an order through the Papa John’s app for a delivery at 11 AM. At 11:24 my child’s teacher lets me know it hasn’t been delivered yet so I call the store. I’m told the driver left 11 minutes ago and should be there any minute. I call back 11:51 because the order is still not delivered and the gentlemen proceeds to tell me there is nothing he can do about it and is refusing to offer a resolution so I suggest they remake and resend them. He proceeds to accuse me of yelling at him (I did not) and anytime I attempt to speak he speaks over me - not hearing anything I’m asking or saying. Eventually this results in him raising his voice and hanging up.

I call back and request to speak to the manager. Speaking with him he apologizes but you can tell it’s not sincere. I explain what’s happened and then offer to even come pickup the pizzas and take them to my child’s school. He agrees. I then get a call the others were finally delivered right at an hour late. The reason this was a big deal is because this was food to feed 3 year olds who didn’t pack any other options for their lunch at school.

I call back to let them know the others were delivered and asked that they pay it forward with the ones they were remaking. He won’t do that so I suggest he offer it to his employees to feed and he suggests that since they are my pizzas they won’t eat them…

This store is run by young unprofessional people and I cannot believe how this whole situation was handled. I sincerely hope no one goes to this store and expects any level of decent service because they don’t know how to offer that. It’s clear they don’t know what it’s like to be compassionate nor helpful. Even when I tried to turn things around (right, wrong, or indifferent) they treated me poorly - when my order was the one an hour late with 0 explanation as to why. They were upset that I was upset about this.

It is unfortunately very common to place an online order and end up with half my order. Even though you now have to pay extra to get parm and seasoning packets they still won't give them to you when you paid for them and if you order a drink the people working at the store won't give them to the delivery people. Also good luck getting ahold of a manager I called the location 4 times and got left on hold and even hung up on but never once got to actually speak with someone

had so many bad experiences at this location over the years few years - I could have written a bad review so long ago, but kept giving them chances. exactly the reason why I started only doing carry out since delivery became so unpredictable.

2 days ago I placed an order though door dash app - and went to go pick it up. 5 employees in there and not one even acknowledged me as I walked in. after more than 10 minutes (no exaggeration) a delivery driver came into the store, so I was able to grab him to check on my order. he looked, said it was coming out soon, then left. 2 other guys were also in the store who looked equally annoyed. we started to talk and they both said they had been there 15+ minutes an no one had acknowledged them either. finally one of the guys yells “HELLOOO” and waves his hand, prompting one of the employees to finally come forward. they checked on his order and it had been sitting there the whole time. they handed him his likely cold pizza and he stormed out. finally got to ask about my pizza again and was told they ran out of pepperoni and that my order wasn't even in the oven yet. at this point I was beyond over it. ould not believe the lack of communication and customer service. i told him to cancel my oder and left. I won’t be back.
