We tried the Garden Pizza at Papa John’s and it tasted 😻 As a vegetarian, I found there are limited options, but if you love pizza, this is definitely one of the best choices for you😊

I ordered pizzas from this place all the time with 85% always missed up and I say nothing but a few days ago paid for a pizza with extra toppings which were not on the pizza, called them and they offer a new pizza when they get time, so I chose the the refund which was never done. Do yourself a favor don't order from this papajohns.

This people costumer service sucks. They refused to do specials, and when i ordered online to change a minimal things they dont answer your calls and puts you on hold for multiple times. Need better training.
Do not order delivery - they scammed me out of $40 . I placed an order at 6:45 pm it is now 8:15 pm as I'm writing this. They use door dash delivery to perform deliveries and neither company will take ownership of an order not being delivered. The driver blames door dash and the papajohns has you fill out a feedback survey , but nobody is giving me my money back and I never received the pizzas. What a SCAM!

Just like so many of the other reviews, I have had awful experiences since they fired their drivers and swapped to DoorDash. Since then I have not gotten my order for more than an hour, gotten only part of my order, and gotten other people’s orders!
And that wouldn’t be so awful (even with all the mistakes) if they took responsibility! But when door dash makes a mistake, the store says “there’s nothing we can do, contact DoorDash “. But I didn’t order from doordash I ordered from your website!! How can I contact them about my order through you?! I paid you for pizza and *you* paid for DoorDash to deliver -they are your employee!

Ordered 3 pizzas totaling $75 with delivery. After an hour, they showed up with one pizza. The driver claimed the store only gave him one. I called the store, and they said the driver left with just one. Then they had the audacity to suggest I go pick up the rest myself after they screwed up. To top it off, they said they were worried the driver might tamper with the pizzas. Are you kidding me? This is hands down the worst Papa John’s I’ve ever dealt with. It’s now been 2 hours and I still don’t have the rest of my food.

Usually there is a bench or a couple of chairs, but there is nowhere to sit inside. Called in to report a missing pizza from my delivery. Was on the line for fifteen minutes before getting hung up on- never heard a hello. They seemed short staffed, but the lady was nice and did make the pizza fresh that I was missing. I’ve had problems like such over the years with this location, keeping me from ordering long enough until I am reminded why I don’t.
