Easiest 5 stars I gave in quite awhile. Chicken sandwich was amazing and fresh. Price came around to what I expected and staff were professional and courteous.

2 plates of food 40$ and chicken fried steak was gritty, chicken pecan was moldy
Got food to go so when I reheated it manager said when I called food would not be as good 25 min later
Girl made a nasty face when I asked for 1 extra plastic bag for gravy and did not give plastic wear until I asked for it

You order before you sit down. The menu is varied depending on the time of day. Very laid back and casual. They offer refills on coffee ā˜•ļø. No extra cost.

I was waiting for an event,so I went to get something to eat. I had a grilled ham and cheese sandwich and cup of potato soup combo. Very delicious. The staff was friendly, and the service was prompt.

Pecan Street Station is a casual, no-frills spot for sandwiches, burgers, and other diner-style fare. You order at the counter and the food is brought out to your table—service is quick and the staff is polite.

The food is decent for a casual bite, nothing particularly memorable but not bad either. It’s the kind of place you stop by for a simple meal when you’re in the area.

That said, the dining environment could really use some attention. The interior feels worn down and it was noticeably hot inside during our visit. When I mentioned it to the staff, they explained that the owner prefers not to adjust the temperature. Even the kitchen staff looked uncomfortably warm, relying on a box fan to stay cool. That part was a bit concerning.

Overall, it’s okay for a quick, casual meal—but the place would really benefit from some updates and a little more consideration for both customers and staff comfort.

It was my partner and i’s first time eating here, and it’s sad to say but I would never come back to this place again nor recommend it to anyone. First off the online photos are very deceiving and not at all what you’re going to get in person. Second the restaurant has no ac and after looking at reviews it seems to be an ongoing issue. Third the food was honestly awful we cannot believe it was $27 for what we got. My partner unfortunately got the worst of it. Her half sandwich she ordered looked like something you’d get at a school lunch. Bread was very stale and for it just being a plain sandwich it had zero flavor. I could go on but I’ll leave it here…. I hate discrediting small businesses and such however this place needs to get it together :,(

We absolutely love their breakfast! The food is always fresh and made to order. The veggie omelet is so delicious, my fave. The kids love the french toast too.

The food is simple, but it’s consistently good and so are the prices. Nothing fancy. I often take out of town visitors here for lunch because it can be light and quick, has enough variety for everyone, and still supports a local business and shows some Pflugerville personality. I usually get half a soup and sandwich, maybe some tots. I wish there were options for kids, and I hope to see the salad bar open again one day.
