Man these people took over a hour to drop my food off charge me 40$ and the dang pizza cold and chicken is raw!!! Pizza completely sucked and ice cold toppings are hard and no cheese on the pizza ! I will be there to get my money back in the morning I been calling since 9:55 and they haven’t answered it’s 10:30 now!

They have a sign saying "Please wait to be seated" staff ignores you then acts annoyed if you ask to seat yourself, or for anything really. Unfortunately service was just abysmal, we were not welcome. I want to say that the pizza was okay but I've had far better pizza from other pizza huts and this was meh, there's others within a coupoe miles. The only thing we enjoyed there was watching funny videos on the TV in the corner, by the time we got our food though we decided it wasn't worth sticking around where we were unwelcomed so we ate in the car. Overall they should try a lot harder to win repeat business.

Great service, pizza is always hot and fresh! Been going to our neighborhood Pizza for years. Highly recommend.
Placed a delivery order and they no longer employee drivers so this is given to a Door Dash driver and is unable to find my location. The driver does not speak a language I can communicate in and so I am making attempts to translate messages to be able to communicate to the driver. Items paid for were left off the delivery and location refused to correct. Mind you I tipped 35% in advance in hopes that the establishment would make some effort to deliver a quality product. This is not possible clearly. I have had issues with this Pizza Hut on multiple occasions and never has it improved. Avoid if you like quality product, correct orders, or anything that resembles good service.

I have a picky eater and Zachary refused to add more cheese to the pizza. After leaving the location closest to typhoon texas with a messed up order I wasn't going to wait for them to remake it. My son was not happy with this pizza and refused to eat it. 1 hour of my life wasted including $10 down the drain. I'm very disappointed with Pizza hut!

Awesome customer Service. The person that helped me order was a big help for me and my family to pick a perfect dinner after a long drive. The person that gave me my pizza was so great wanted to make sure my food was made to perfection. I would drive from my home all the way over to this location every time for pizza if I could ?.

Have been a customer as well as a former GM for Pizza Hut and today by far was the worst experience I have had. Driver called and showed him how to get to my apartment received the order and noticed that only half of the order was present. Driver went back and had to retrieve the other half. Upon arrival with other half that half was missing half. I ordered salads with my pastas and received no dressings. To some no big deal we'll I kinda payed for it was expecting it. Called store was told in the most crude way that because it was only dressings that they can't do anything for me.....To them I was a burden a problem and was even told that they could not and would not give me the name of the GM so I could speak with them. So I was offered Pizza Hut Credit. For compensation. After this visit which way too long to type I won't be back and asked if I could have credit back to my account was told no. So sad that this is what this great company y has now become. Where the customer is wrong and the customer is a burden....trulybsad.

I did not physically go into this location. We ordered online from this location on 12th in Pflugerville. We're NOT disappointed; the freshness and taste have been exceptional each time! The Big Box Meal is our favorite good price!Thank you cooks who take pride in their work and make you come back for more ... yummy! ha haThe delivery time is wonderful too!
