Never got the food. And had to call and cancel. I didnt want food that was sitting in a warmer for an hr+. Wont be ordering fron this location ever again. Asked for a manager... was told hes too busy to talk.

Truly don't understand why this pizza hut has such a low rating, every time I come here, it's always quiet never really too busy, which is a plus in my opinion.Because I get my food fresh and fast.The employees are all really nice.My order was messed up one time and before I even received my food.They notified me and were already remaking.It even gave me the extra mess up order which is completely nice and not necessary, most restaurants would have just thrown it out.Definitely, have to give this place a five star!

The worst customer service! Called about transferring my order to another store because I accidentally ordered at the wrong store. Called the wrong store and the manager told me to contact the help center to assist with getting my order transferred over. Called help center and was told my order was cancelled by the store. Called the wrong store back to ask why he cancelled my order and he told me no I thought you wanted to cancel your order. Then I perceived to tell him why would you ask me to contact the help center if you were going to cancel the order. It makes no sense at all. If I wanted my order cancelled then I didn’t need to contact help center. After explaining he hung up on me and was so rude. DON’T ORDER HERE!!! MANGER NEEDS MORE TRAINING!

Pizza Hut has proven taste. This location is great with there service time delivery. Most times I order take out. The taste is great, the portions are on the smaller side though.

We order pizza at lease once a week, this location is the closest to our house therefore we always order here. After our experience last night we probably wont anymore. We ordered the Ultimate Bundle - which is 2 medium pizzas 8 wings any sticks and any 2 dips. We had our order delivered and did not get the sticks or the 2 dips, called and told them we did not get the ranch OR the sticks, they sent someone back to deliver it, and still did not get any ranch??? The delivery guy said it was not on the ticket and was very rude about it. Like it comes with the bundle???? We were super annoyed and highly disappointed.

I placed a pick-up order. Sadly to realize when I got home, the pizza was cold. I'm sure it was a canceled or a pizza done wrong!!! I'm so disappointed this is the same reason why I stopped ordering pizza from you guys!!!

The order was placed by web site. We have ordered before this way and have not had issues before today. The delivery driver did not speak English and the order itself was a disaster. Wrong pizza crust and both pizza and chocolate cookie were sitting on the seat no insulated bag pizza crust was very thin so both were cool in temperature when they arrived. I will never order from this place again. I gave no idea how a person who can't speak or understand a word of English is able to drive let alone deliver food without knowing English. I will be checking with my congressman on how immigrants can drive when they can't understand our language.
