We waited for more than an hour for pizza to be delivered. We called and found out that our order had been canceled because they couldn’t find the apartment allegedly. Manager was super unapologetic and unwilling to send out another order. Will never order from this location again.
Ordered a pizza at 11am. Received it until 1:30pm. Called to complain, management didn’t care. Horrible customer service.
Unfortunately one of the worst pizza experiences in a while. I had stopped going to Pizza Hut years ago, but during Covid decided I would try another place, believing it’s a locally owned business and wanting to support.. Straight trash.. My boneless wings had little to no sauce on them and the pizza was soggy and greasy.. The only thing that was good was the cookie that they just need to heat up. This will be the last time I waste my money on Pizza Hut.. Y’all have a huge opportunity to do something great and put out a product that will make people want more and more during this time, and you’re failing.. miserably..
Made me stand in line for 10 minutes only to find out they are out of pizza. Worst pizza hut ever.
