Very poor service. Made attempts to actively call and someone repeatedly picked up and hung up. After sitting on hold for a number of minutes I gave up. It was then the store front began to call me! They called 5x. Disappointed in the individuals that worked tonight and their behavior.

I just picked up my pizza from this Pizza Hut and I’m so so disappointed. It would seem there’s no consistency in franchise Pizza Huts and will not order from here again.
I ordered a large cheese-filled crust pizza with garlic Parmesan base sauce and “extra cheese” with mushrooms and beef. What I got was a soggy, leaky, garlic sauce pizza with what appears to be no cheese at all!!! I don’t even have the energy, nor should I have to, go back and request a new one. My partner and I are throwing this pizza out and don’t recommend this location. How do you forget the cheese?!
The wings is why they’re getting a 2 star instead of 1.

I ordered my food at 12:57. I was sent a delivery notice saying it would be here at 1:26. At 1:46 I called and was told door dash picked it up but they don't know where it is so they're going to make it again and send out. I called back 30 minutes later and was told it was out for delivery. I am less than 10min away. It's now been almost 2hrs and no food. I asked to talk to manager and was put on hold. Called back and no answer.

I gave them another chance, but once again, my order wasn’t ready when I arrived, despite receiving an email stating that it was. I requested a refund and was told it would be processed at the end of the night—it never was. When I called a few days later to follow up, the manager was rude and provided no confirmation beyond his word that it would be taken care of. I doubt I’ll get my money back, but this is definitely the last time I order from this location.
To make matters worse, the manager had an uncovered gash on his face while preparing food in the back.

WROST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER .
I placed a order for pick up at 5:15and when I got there a Chinese boy said that my order will take about 25 to 35 minutes mind you it was around 5:15 PM and I was like cool. I will wait then 30 minutes pass a white girl came to the front and I told her about my order and she said that my order was never made and that it would take 35 minutes and so I’m waited another 35 minutes now it’s 6 o’clock and I noticed that she been lying to other people about their order. I’ve been literally waiting for two hours for my order which is so ridiculous and whole time my order was never made and so she lied again and saying that they were waiting on the wings whole time when I asked 30 minutes later again The order doesn’t exist so how did you go from the wings are getting ready till you can’t find my order This was the worst Customer Service I ever experience. It went from my order was supposed to be ready at 5:15 PM till I receive my order carry out at 7 o’clock so freaking ridiculous please don’t order pizza from this location ever again. The service is trash and they literally forgotten about my order mind you like I said there were other people waiting on their order and they’ve been lying to people telling people that it was going to be quick and kept saying to customers that it was gonna take 35 minutes and the whole time she was the only person up in the front helping other people, but she just kept lying to me and I demand her to make my order a priority since I’ve been waiting for two hours I’m so frustrated and this is so horrible.
Great staff. Always friendly, helpful and professional. This is my go to Pizza Hut place, never had a bad experience. Pizzas, breadsticks and wings are always on point. The only negative thing, in my humble opinion, is paying $30 for a large pizza and a bottle of soda. It seems like a lot to me.

General management yells at staff for taking small breather breaks. Sadly made an employee cry after unloading a truck after management couldn't be bothered to assist employees, quite an uncomfortable environment. GM is Gen. I was absolutely horrified by this experience.
