Pollo Regio was delicious, excellent service, food and atmosphere. Laura and Lesyani made my dining experience very enjoyable. The salsa bar is amazing. I will definitely be back again to try the other items in the menu. Thank you greatly!!

I drove from Pollo Rico in Round Rock to this location because it is better overall. Only reason I went to the other location was due to false advertisement on Google Maps. The chicken is better than El Pollo Rico, the atmosphere very clean, and the salsas delicious. The service was phenomenal and they treated me with kindness. The reason why I have a 4 instead of the 5 was because it didn’t taste as good ”fresh” and flavorful as the location over at Berkman Drive. There you have to wait a bit longer, but the chicken is right off the grill. This location was speedier, but it appeared as if the chicken was kept warm before quickly boxing it, almost prepackaged; which to begin with, is a reason why I was turned off from the Pollo Rico located 5 minutes away from my home.
Perhaps it was an off day, and it was slow when I showed up, but I’ll definitely go again during peak hours to see if I receive that fresh off the grill chicken that I am really looking forward to.
