Today I am very upset. I have always liked the chicken here....But today I ordered an order and look at the legs they gave me, this is abuse.

The chicken served especially is not fresh when cooked. I had the experience the last time I went to eat and there was chicken meat that looked bad. I would like them to improve that part. Ah this has only happened to me on this Popeye.

came in today around after 3 pm and got a Family 8 piece asked and got UPCHARGED like i asked for two additional chicken breasts. i was already in a rush to a hungry family 25 minutes away and was stupid enough not to check my order, and of course when i get there its a normal.8 piece, no additional two breast like i asked and two wings i didnt ask for

Went through the drive thru. It was very hard to understand the girl on the other end. Hubby said the chicken strips were good but they didn't give him any salt, pepper or napkins

This is a bunch of bull, I placed my order online because they close at 12am, I only get 30 mins for lunch which I had to spend 20 of it jn line because they decided to close the doors and only have drive through open, it takes me 7 mins here and 7 mins back to work, do the math so yeah I was late getting back when someone could have just handed me my order, when I asked why the doors were closed the cashier at the window said she don't know
