I order a 3 piece chicken meal. As I was eating I moved the biscuit and found a roach in the box!!! My husband called the regional, was told to take it back. When he took it back he got nothing but attitude. The man he was talking to didnt even say sorry nothing. Was surprised we didnt want them to remake the meal. Um no thank you!!

Man I only come to this place for the food but damn the service sucks!!! They all act like they are miserable and tired 😫. They barely speak and no communication on when order is ready. What happened to real customer service we're they greet you and thank you for the business. Oh that's right, I wasn't at Chick-fil-A 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Love it here. Made my family dinner time tonight a breeze. Zero complaints. Each item was a chefs kiss. This momma bear was tired tonight. Appreciate the food being fresh and readily available. I’ll be returning soon.
