Shogun was one of our to go places for the past 5 years but the food and service have changed dramatically. When we dine in our waiter forgot to bring us the check and I actually stopped by the front to pay on my way out. Our bill was close to $200. I could've left but that was just not the right thing to do.
Recently I had order delivery and the fried rice was dry and spicy. My stomach can't tolerate spicy. I love spicy but I just can't eat it. My daughter is young and couldn't eat it either. I'm not sure if the chefs changed but is a shame not being able to get the same food as before.
Will need to find a new Hibachi place. No more Shogun for us.

I had a a lot of fun tonight! I didn’t like when P.S. put her toes in my vicinity. Hopefully she doesn’t do that again. Other than that good food!

This place is always amazing and the food is also always incredible. It’s also ran by Mr. Sandy who is one of the most incredible, attentive, and efficient managers I’ve ever witnessed. He’s always helping his servers and nice.

We got takeout from here and everything was good until we opened the fried rice and there was a clump of hair in it. we called the restaurant and they were so incredibly rude. We spoke to the manager and he told us that the only compensation we would get would be if we came back and order another fried rice, he would give us an extra one for free. So we would have to spend more money to be able to get anything for this huge inconvenience. He also tried to say we placed it there and it wasn’t their fault. This was incredibly unprofessional and rude.
