My wife and I have discovered Simon Lee bakery in Pflugerville in 2005. Our first event was a birthday cake that we had them prepare for us and it was just perfect from decoration to taste. Since then we have always gone back there for special occasions. Just recently for my wife's 60th Birthday, the cake was a white cream with raspberry filling...I mean, it was too scrumptious for words. The owner Judy was the best coordinator throughout the process. Thank you Judy for all your help with making my wife's birthday a success event.

Our wedding cake from Simon Lee Bakery was nothing short of amazing. They made my dream cake from Pinterest a reality -- it matches the inspo photos perfectly. As you can see from the photo I included, they crushed it. As an avid lover of cake, I can also say that the cake was absolutely delicious. We were even able to get two flavors in our three-tiered cake! Judy was also a delight to work with. She is so sweet. The entire process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend Simon Lee Bakery! They are top notch.

They created our wedding cake and groom's cake. The wedding cake was orange flavored and the groom's cake was an opera cake. Both were incredibly delicious and moist. I cannot recommend them more.

Wow! We had so many people come up to us during and after our wedding commenting on how absolutely delicious the wedding cake tasted. Both the wedding cake and grooms cake flavors were so yummy, some of guests tried all four flavors. We had a friend who wanted to order their cake for a wedding in Dallas from Simon Lee. We wanted the grooms cake to look like a stack of board games and it was so realistic that we had guests who thought they were real games. Outstanding choice for your wedding day. You can’t go wrong….amazing!!

They are true artists that can accomplish any vision for the cakes/desserts, and not to mention they taste wonderful! We had three mini cakes and petit fours for guests- they were gone very quickly after we cut the cake! I would 10000% Simon Lee Bakery for your wedding cakes/desserts!
