My wife and I have discovered Simon Lee bakery in Pflugerville in 2005. Our first event was a birthday cake that we had them prepare for us and it was just perfect from decoration to taste. Since then we have always gone back there for special occasions. Just recently for my wife's 60th Birthday, the cake was a white cream with raspberry filling...I mean, it was too scrumptious for words. Our wedding cake from Simon Lee Bakery was nothing short of amazing. They made my dream cake from Pinterest a reality -- it matches the inspo photos perfectly. As you can see from the photo I included, they crushed it. As an avid lover of cake, I can also say that the cake was absolutely delicious. They created our wedding cake and groom's cake. The wedding cake was orange flavored and the groom's cake was an opera cake. Both were incredibly delicious and moist. I cannot recommend them more.
