I recently visited the Smoothie King location on Limestone in Pflugerville, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, and the service was slow and inefficient. I ordered a smoothie, but it took an unreasonable amount of time to get it right, and the staff didn't even ask me if I wanted any additional ingredients or modifications. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming, and I felt like my time was not valued. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

Long time customer and advocate of Smoothie King but questioning it now. Large chunks of ice in my smoothie - I view this as a major reduction in quality. Tried to use the app and it does not function well and possibly my account was deleted from being inactive when I went to reset password nothing happens.
The Pb swizzle bowl was amazing, I got real quick and the staff were friendly
