Service at this location is not good. No one greets you, smiles or even acknowledges you. People place online orders for a reason with schedules in the morning. I have waited endless times for more than 20 minutes even after time frame for online orders. Smoothies are good but constantly waiting for a mobile pick up is getting beyond frustrating. There’s been times we’ve had to wait for online order with two employees. These employees need more training or kept to their job standards. Smoothies are great but employees for mobile pick ups are highly lacking.

We go to cowboy fit every morning before coming here. We started ordering 20 min before we leave the gym because the smoothies are never ready if we wait the normal time.
Lately we have ordered 20 min ahead and still have to wait 20 more min when we get there. What is the point of your order ahead system. The guy that works the mornings is incredibly slow. The two girls are so much better.
We shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes for 2 smoothies when it is SLOW!!!

NEW OWNERS!!! I used to love this smoothie king and then it took a turn for the worse so I stopped going for months. Then I decided to give it another shot randomly and my experience was soooo much better! How could this be?? Then I found out they got new owners. In all makes sense!! Now this location is back to being my number one since it’s so close to my gym. SO HAPPY I can go back to the one closest to me.

Service at this location continues to decline. No one greets you, smiles or even acknowledges you. People place online orders for a reason. Usually they are on a schedule and in a rush. You can wait up to 20 min for an online order placed 30 min ago. Terrible!!! I’m not sure if the owner has ever frequented the store because its prime location there is no reason for there not to be great service and clean. Kianna was the best employee ever. She smiled and greeted me and knew me by name. Even when the store was slammed busy she still made the experience pleasant. It’s obvious the people working there now don’t care and are only getting a check. So sad!!
New employees weekly.. train them, pay them and treat them well. They will stay!!
