It seemed like they had one lady working she took my order and she delivered it. I don't know if she made it or not LOL because I've never seen a Sonic taking orders as well as delivering them. I had to wait at least 5 minutes to place my order whenever I place mine and I realized why whenever she delivered my food and her name was the same as the person who took my order!

The teens that work here make mistakes often but are nice about correcting them. Service is slow but food has been hot and fresh so far and I've visited 6 times so far since the remodel.

Usually Sonic will provide half of a whole lime in a Route 44 (Strawberry) Limeade, but they only put two measly wedges - Better service at other locations so won’t be returning.

This sonic sucks and is disgusting. Please don’t order shakes from here they make them so lazy because I guess all the employees hate their job but you choose to work there. my family ordered Oreos shakes and ofc they only put them on the top not mixed in or nothing. Just lazy everytime I come here just disappointed and leave with a bad mood bc of this sorry as sonic. And the dude on drive thru sucks too.

5 stars for SPECIFICALLY the line cooks working on 6/11/25 at 3PM ish. I did not know a sonic order could be so perfect. Tots? Crispy and fluffy. Garlic bacon burger? Immaculately crispy bacon and perfectly cooked onions. 👏👏👏

I'm very disappointed in this Sonic. The quality of the food is always very good, but they just can't seem to get an order right if you don't want your food EXACTLY as shown on the menu board. Last visit I ordered a "hamburger with mayo and pickles only" and got mayo, pickle, and cheese. I also ordered a "hamburger all the way with mustard and no cheese" and got a burger with nothing on it except ... you guessed it ... mustard and cheese.
Ordered a fish sandwich. Fish was ok, but the bun was burnt. Was too late to go back when I had a chance to eat it.

I’m only giving it 2 stars because it has never failed before but last night I got 2 shakes. One completely normal and the other one was.. different. Thought maybe it was left out too long and decided to refreeze it. Tried it again today and it was literally frozen, like ice. Kinda looked see through and definitely not ice cream texture. After it was melted down, I was able to see it was oreo and peanut butter with WATER. Very disappointed.

Although I'm penniless and can't afford fast food, let alone the luxury of a route 44 diet Dr pepper with mango, my girlfriend still can for. She has treated me several times in the last month to some Sonic, and it helps me to forget the pain of my life
