On February 4th I went to this location and received a moldy burger I did not notice and I ate a good portion of it. I texted the complaint number which is totally useless and I still have not gotten an apology or a refund for that burger. I’m still waiting for a resolve for this issue

Debated for about 30 min before finally going. Last few visits sucked. This place just sucks lol. Long wait, pickle fries limp and didn't come with the ranch. The menu says with ranch. Garbage junk food anyway, I know, but then it also is just cold and floppy and SUCKS. 😒

Manager Korina Lopez was very unprofessional was not knowledgeable on how to do her job. She was very Mouthy and disrespectful as I had to explain to her what my issue was. As a manager you should know what policies and procedures are and at least know how to do the job. She kept going in and out everytime I pointed something out. The service and interaction was trash. This location needs to learn how to train people in becoming managers not just give someone a title. This is why the fast food industry should be Minimum wage. They complain about pay raises but they screw up on things that are so simple not following instructions. This location hardly has service and I see why. If I could give this location A negative 10 star review I would. I feel like I was dealing with someone that was incompetent. If Korina hates her job so much go work elsewhere. She is. a Terrible manager bad employee. Attitude 0 Personable 0 Customer service 0 Incompetent 10. 🤦‍♂️🤦

If you are open until 11:00 pm then at 10:35 pm you should still be taking orders instead of ignoring the red button!! Giving a 3 for the food because I like the chili cheese dogs but the way service has been of late (not just this evening) I may need to go elsewhere or make my own!

So this place is actually remodeled, so it actually doesn't look like the picture definitely needs to be updated, but the service was great. Super friendly super fast

Do you remember when you order something because the picture looks good and the description sounds good? Well, I tried the Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Combo. First, the burger looked nothing like the picture! Second, I really don't know what Sonic was thinking. There's grease from the beef, cheese, and mayonnaise (which accounts for 58% fat), then the grease from the grilled onions, and then the added grease from the Garlic Butter. This was definitely more of a "grease" burger than a cheeseburger. And the French fries had a weird taste, as if they were fried in rancid oil. This meal cost over $15 w/added tip, for only a burger, fries, and a drink. I asked for a water, and guess what? Sonic charges their customers for water!!! Outrageously ridiculous!!!! You would think if a customer pays over $15(including tip), for a burger, fries, and drink; they could at least get a free cup of water!!! I'm never eating at Sonic again.

Nostalgia is missing. Sonic used to be something special. In the 1970s we made the onion rings by hand, choped the onions and lettuce. And we never talked over the customer ordering as we always privided a polite repeat back confirming the order. Today, the covered windows blinds the customer to the happenings inside, the carhops are okay, but the person taking the orders at this store rushed to talk over me while I was still ordering. I wondered if she was hyped up on something. She seemed to be yelling, but that could have been the volume of the speakers. Teach employees some manners when taking orders. Please.

8/7/2024 - happy hour all night. Worst experience, came to get ice cream and some slushies. When I got there all the lanes had cars, however, everyone including myself ended up leaving because they said that they had cleaned the machine at 9pm and that it would take 20 - 30 minutes to freeze again. Which let's me know that they just said that as an excuse to not serve anyone. Like why would you clean your machines at 9 when the restaurant closes at 11pm.

Who ever the guy was taking orders there is very disrespectful at how he speaks like your bothering him no people skills , not nice or friendly. Rather obnoxious and rude Just doubled checked if he added jalapeños because it did not pop up on screen . Such an unprofessional person on how much of an attitude he had . I would have a talk with him if I was the manager there . No way to talk to a client business looses money and opportunity because of people like this. I canceled order before they made it just because of that attitude Time around 4:21pm ,Sunday 9th.
