Update: I would suggest you informing the owner regardless of what I want. I just wanted to advise people, based solely on this visit, to avoid this Sonic completely. It’s a great example of Sonic’s (and the franchise owner) problems to overcome. Suggest the owner try order a hamburger without cheese and no onions to see what customers deal with. Hopefully this is enough additional info. I don’t expect anything from this Sonic. I never plan to return. Language, mumbling, not hearing me, or very new employee. I have no idea of what’s the real problem. And I not investing any more time to figure it out.

The food was cold and they forgot my fries. The food quality has really gone down over the years. They appear to be understaffed. Sonic needs to revamp the quality of the food they serve and most likely the employees pay.

My Burger was hot and delicious, but my tater tots were cold. Not even warm. The only reason I went there is because I have been craving Sonic tater tots. I couldn't go back because I was on my way out of Pflugerville.
Wow, I called to ask if they are able to help me reach the other Pflugerville location since that number is not working. I was told no I don't have that number and I asked if they can ask someone else and she said no it is happy hour and I am busy....ok noted, I will take business elsewhere.

Horrible location. Terrible service, shitty food, horrible people. I consistently have to wait 15+ minutes for a single drink order when not a single car is out there. Nobody ever answers the intercom when I try to order, and nobody answers to phone. Awful

Went here to fulfill a guilty craving for some cheap fried cheese sticks. Had a need for some deep fried greasy cheese. Hey, don't judge. You've been there. They did not disappoint. The card reader on the menu board in the bay I parked in did not read my card properly, but after three failed attempts they began preparing my order anyway. The carhop was super friendly and took my card inside for processing to complete the transaction. Whole process took six minutes tops. I got my greasy cheese fix. Will be back next time I feel the need to put on a few pounds. Totally worth it.

I purchased a foot-long coney for $5.83. It tasted disgusting, the wiener was hard and tasted odd. The chili was salty. Needless to say it went into the trash, the whole thing! This was a waste of money and I would not recommend.
