They have an overwhelming amount of bad reviews and management still is doing nothing. Everything that is said in the other comments are still happening. Short staffed, slow and poor quality of ingredients.

I only wish there was a global subway page to leave this review. I can not believe what is happening with this restaurant chain. It used to be a great place to get a good sandwich at decent prices. A few months ago we went to a subway and they tried taking me for almost $55.00 on 3 very simple, nothing special sandwiches. Was told the menus changed and we ordered the new menu items. 2 turkey and cheese foot longs and a wrap. $55.00. Now I go to a different location. Again, $44.00 for 3 basic turkey and cheese, nothing else. I'm completely disgusted with where this restaurant chain has gone. This has nothing to do with "Covid". This is purely b******** Sorry, not sorry for my Italian...

Such terrible service and bad staff. My sister-in-law and I ordered two sandwiches online and they gave us the exact same sandwich and to make it worth it wasn’t the sandwich that neither of us ordered online. My sister-in-law goes and picks up the order and she is told that is the wrong location yet the receipt has her name on it Which makes the staff wrong and the customer right. Then I call because the sandwich that they gave me instead of the one hour it was disgusting it was very lazy work. We both try to get in contact with a manager the employee that was currently there who answered the phone said that the manager wasn’t there this was horrible I was told that I was the one that ordered wrong and I ordered the same thing from subway all the time and I got nothing that I ordered. I paid $17 For two sandwiches that I did not even ask for. The staff was very lazy very rude and she was wrong. And I have to put at least one star because they won’t let me post the review but this is ZERO STARS. Worst experience worst customer service.

Drove here from another Subway that was out of bread to find that this location's bread didn't rise and was an inch thick. Simply ridiculous

I arrived at 11am (I believe they open at 9:30am)nothing was prepared for the day, the worker had to run to the back 3 separate times to grab a knife to cut my bread, then for green bell peppers that I never ordered on my subTo make 2 subs took 10 minutes when 1 of them was turkey cheese,lettuce and ranch trains your employees better an teach them to put a smile on their face not I hate it here working in the A/C

I always go on my lunch break and I love the way Dwayne makes my sandwiches. He's super nice and really seems to care about his job and please the customer. Wish they're were more people like that.

We placed an order for pick up. The sandwiches were supposed to be toasted. They were cold and very messy. Spoke to someone and explained that both sandwiches were cold. I guess the guy who made the sandwiches could here the conversation because I could here him in the background being rude. He got on the phone and tried to argue that the sandwiches were toasted. I was already back at work or I would've taken them back to him so he could see the mess of cold sandwiches they gave me. Very disappointed!

The worst customer service experience ever. First she tells me there is no bread so they can't make my sandwich after I have placed my order online. The website doesn't even say out of bread WTH. Then she has the nerve to tell me to go to the other Subway down the street to get my sandwich myself. Thats some BS this subway sucks!!!

This subway is by far the worst subway in the area, the bread was old I literally had to forcefully bite into my sandwich to actually get a good bite, there was no provolone cheese and no Italian herb and cheese. I feel like subway never has what they say they provide.
