I came here tonight upset after bad service from a restaurant & these young men had me walking out the door with a smile, they are so sweet & nice i wish all subways had their own Ashton & Amari ( i hope i spelled that right ) YOU GUYS ROCK! Keep up the great customer service & Ashton, you can make a damn good sandwhich!!!! : ) THANK YOU !!!

Went in today and ordered two footlongs. The building was disgusting. There was soda and trash all over the soda station. Each chair had dirty handprints all over them. And the window in front of the food was covered in fingerprints. Big big difference from what the place looked like the last time I came in. New management I’m assuming, I no longer see the young female manager at this store.
Kid-friendliness: Would not bring little ones anymore, place has gone down in cleanliness standards

Ordered the Garlic Chicken sandwich , chicken was not rotisserie chicken,I asked about the 2x Monterey Cheddar and was told they are grated together there was hardly any,as I sat to eat the sandwich I realized there was no Garlic Aoli I went back to ask why and was told I should have asked for it my response was why would I order the sandwich without it the girl was extremely rude and I then took a cup for my drink and told me I had to show her my receipt really I had just checked out are they that stupid my answer YES. Will never frequent again.

Tammy was rude and unprofessional other employee was very nice and professional we need more employees liker her Tammy on the other needs to either change her attitude or go work somewhere else I know it's not her fault there's an issue with the system but still be a professional and respectful to your customers.

Walked in at 7:10 .No customers in the store when we walked in the associate looked up and saw us & continued to finish making the sandwich. No acknowledge to either one of us. We stood right there as she finished, another associate comes from the back & looked at us (like what are y’all doing here)? The lady walks away as I say Hi ( no acknowledgment again) I say how are you doing? she says fine & continues to walk away..Rude & Bad customer service. We walked out and went Jersey Mikes?

I went to the store about 5 minutes before close. I don't ever do that because I know employees are trying to go home but I did this time. The two young gentlemen closing were the sweetest and most polite young men I've met in a long time. Those 2 dudes deserve a bonus! They went above and beyond for my daughters BLT so mad props to them!

morning staff is wonderful but whoever the two young men who work the closing shift are completely unprofessional, rude, and sloppy. all the ingredients were thrown everywhere and mixed in with each other, and they never changed gloves. we had walked in around 9pm and they were complaining that they had more customers. again the morning staff with tammy is absolutely amazing but the closing staff is absolutely disgusting.

Today i went into subway and there was a girl that i’ve never seen. me and my friend walked in with a good attitude and she just brought the whole atmosphere down. my friend ordered first and the girl making our sandwiches had an attitude the whole time. not only was she rude and irritated the whole time she barely put anything on our sandwiches. i love this subway but i will say they have a gnat problem and most of the people making the sandwiches apologize for it and shew them away but the girl making our sandwiches today didn’t seemed bothered by it and didn’t do anything about it even though my friend was clearly irritated by it and she herself was waving her hand over the counter trying to move them from her sandwich. i would really like management to rethink their choices on who they hire and let work behind the counter.
