Carla is so rude and she states she is the manager and if you customize your order she will call the police on you and refuse to serve. No one from corporate returns your calls I assume it’s a franchise that just doesn’t care about their paying customers especially when Carla is always acting like this

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this location, and I feel it’s important to share it so that management can take action. This used to be one of my favorite places because it’s close to my home, but after what happened, I no longer feel comfortable coming back.
The main issue was the attitude and behavior of some of the staff. One of the employees, who acts as if she is the manager or in charge, treated me with a complete lack of respect and professionalism. Instead of assisting customers with courtesy, she speaks in a rude and dismissive manner, which creates a very negative environment. Unfortunately, another older woman and a younger employee behaved the same way. Their attitude towards customers is unacceptable, especially in a service-based business.
On top of that, they refused to accept discount coupons that I personally receive at my home. Rather than offering a reasonable explanation, they only gave excuses and insisted that they “don’t take those,” without showing any willingness to help or verify the information.
The only positive part of the visit was one of the employees—a young woman who stayed quiet, respectful, and neutral the entire time. She was polite and did not add to the unpleasant experience. However, the unprofessional behavior of the other two employees overshadowed everything.
I truly hope the management reviews the staff they currently have working there. Customer service should reflect respect, helpfulness, and professionalism, regardless of who walks in the door. With the way things are being handled right now, I will not be returning.

Wish I could give negative 10 stars.
I am beyond frustrated with the terrible service at this store. Yesterday, I ordered two sandwiches, and both were completely wrong. The breads were switched, toppings were incorrect, and several toppings were missing. When I called the store this morning to resolve the issue, I was met with a rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful employee who only made the situation worse.
Instead of offering a solution, she insisted I bring the sandwiches back in person—a completely unreasonable request since I don’t live nearby. She focused only on offering a refund, ignored my concerns, and refused to listen. Her dismissive and unprofessional attitude was completely unacceptable.
When I explained that it was too late to return the sandwiches (it was 11:30 PM by the time we got home and opened our food), she claimed I had "ample time" to do so, even though we picked up our food around 10 PM. The worst part is that she hung up on me while I was trying to explain and resolve the issue.
Mistakes happen, but the poor customer service I received here was unacceptable and left me completely dissatisfied. The attitude of employees like this is exactly why there are so many negative comments and low ratings. This was by far the worst service I've ever experienced. The management needs to seriously address this issue and evaluate their staff, so customers don’t have to deal with such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Poor service like this is clearly damaging the store’s reputation.

Always great and usually fast even with a line
The terrible service I wanted broccoli soup and they didn't have any questions about tea and when I asked them they just made an angry expression I won't return to this location again the worst experience
Ordered food, and it was great. New person was making my sandwich and got part of it wrong, but the others there helped her out. It was more funny than anything. I will be back!

This is probably the worst subway in Austin and Pflugerville.. It looked like it was made by 2 year old and everything I asked was missing i guess this is what I get for ordering online... lmao they didn't even cut my sandwich

Long wheat bread is hard bite the bread is likely rubber.. old bread this 2nd time and never come back again. Will report health dept. If not improved, call HQ. This place old building been long time and now it's time remodeling or shut it down. Sorry no head up for Subway. 👎

They get a one star order aBMT online and didn’t receive that got a sandwich with just pepperoni on it tried calling no one answer. Just horrible definitely recommend not to go here
Guy taking my order did not listen when I told him what sandwich I wanted. Then argued about it after. He allowed a few teenagers to cut line in front of me, then proceeded to mess my order up. The lady who finished my sandwich up after I told them to go ahead with the wrong sandwich did not understand what I was trying to tell her either. This store is poorly ran and the employees do not seem to care

If I could give this place a negative star I would! I WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN! Only get 15 min for break came here ordered The Boss sub, which should come with meatballs and pepperoni. I get all the way back to work and realized they only put meatballs! I paid for The Boss thats what I should have got! I tried calling the store and the male employee hung up over and over again because he couldn’t understand English! I called the next day and spoke to the manager Richard who told me the only way for a refund or to get another sandwich made is to bring the sandwich back? lol are you kidding me, y’all charge me for something I didn’t get, and want me to hold on to it until the next day when I went there on my lunch break obviously because of hunger!!!! Make it all make sense please! Save yourself the headache and find another Subway!

went to go get lunch and nets and flies were every where staff appeared under influence they forgot my meat on my sandwich when i went to bite my sandwich a fried net was right on mu bread where they toasted it couldnt even enjoy lunch want my refund
this place deserves zero stars, my meatball sub was extremely cold, i had ordered a foot long and they only gave me half of what i order. the workers only spoke Spanish. the lady working there was very unprofessional and called my husband Papi and looked very loss and confused when I asked if she had a knife to cut my sub with sense, they didn't do that either.
