My order was mostly ready rather quickly they were nice enough to give me my drink cup so that I could fill it up while I waited for my order to be ready. However, the one downside was that they forgot to give me my chicken nuggets. I didn't notice until I got home. Turns out my sister has told me that that seems to happen often. So make sure you double check your bags before you leave guys.

Every time I feel hungry for Taco Bell I have to remind myself how many times they messed up my order. Either wrong food or just missing a whole item. I can’t enjoy the Taco Bell closest to me in peace smh

They struggle with consistency. It honestly looks like there was spilled meat on the prep counter and they had the left side of the taco pressed into while they were filling it. Tacos are one of the easiest things to be consistent in. I’ve worked fast food and managed kitchens, not even the teenaged kids I had working would of sent this out. Not to mention, they don’t seem to know that you can get a ladle with holes in it so the meat isn’t so washed in greased. Soggy tacos after a 3 minute drive is wild.

This location sometimes has a lot of problems. I come to this location. Cause it's right down the road from my house. But other than they never have mountain dew baja blast or certain items on the menu, they always say they ran out

I don't know about the daytime but nighttime sucks!! Or at least the night staff on September 26th 2024!! All of them!! Didn't greet as you walked in.. They just look at you. I waited and waited no one said anything...it took me to say something to get their attention and get some help. That's not good customer service at all!!

My order is always the same. I order a Chicken Quesadilla and a crunch wrap supreme. Both with extra creamy jalapeños sauce. Every time they charge me. And every time I don’t receive it. I’m done going to this location since the employees do not know how to follow simple directions.
