Good cheap food, but they recently got rid of the dollar menu. Service can get slow during weekday lunch. Not the cleanest place, but you get what you pay for. All the staff is Spanish speaking, but enough speak English, so not to worry.

If they get your food right and in less than 8 minutes then you are one of the luky ones. Staff appears to not all be motivated to serve. I asked for onions on my item and I got more onions than anything else.

Have tried using the app to order food and it goes thru everything until you pay, then it tells you it's not working at the moment. Has happened last 4 times I've tried to use it.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking up front.

The ppl that work there are nice but don’t seem to care about quality , I order on the app to ensure my food is how I need it as I am pregnant n vegetarian so when I get my potato tacos n they’re soft tacos bc “ they didn’t have potatoes” but chose to make their own decision on what to give me , I’m confused why I even order or when they lemme order a Baja Blast freeze but say “ they were told to say they don’t have it” after someone else quite literally just served the guest in front of me one I wonder if they just don’t wanna have any satisfied customers . The food is never consistent n I just wonder where the management is or the monthly check ins on the staff and quality, because they have a good team just no repercussions for bad quality . It’s a common theme to have the wrong or missing items as every time mines is wrong there is 2 customers in front of me complaining abt the same thing .Vegetarian options: Anything can be made vegetarian and I do often create my own items to be vegetarian but not every staff member chooses to make it as such , they DIY n give you whatever because they want bc they just simply don’t care abt their customers or what we want . They’re simply making numbers .

3 people made eye contact with me still didnt welcome. approach, or achknowledge me, then one got on her personal phone knowing i was standing there waiting for my order to be taken then rudely started speaking spanish between all of theem. Before asking me if im picking up ...smh...

Many years ago, I swore I would never eat at Taco Bell again. When I had to eat there, I had narrowed my selections to one thing, a bean burrito, with red sauce and sour cream. On this visit, I got two and they were exceptionally tasty. The order taker was super professional, so much so that I mentioned it to my partner who agreed. The order was ready right as we drove up to the window. Not a thing could have been done any better and I will be back. And, I might just try something new!

the service at this place has gone super down hill. they rarely get an order right anymore and then the people inside the place are always absolutely clueless. For example, it took me 10 minutes of waiting to just get a bag to carry out my mobile order they already gave me after I had asked them twice and then the order was wrong on top of it. I’m a long time Taco Bell fan but I don’t think I’ll be eating at this one anymore at all.

I will not star this place for service, because it lacks it. No acknowledgement from the employees that run the drive thru at night. I wasn't greeted as a customer-complete silence from the black women that took my hard earn money. The guy that answered the speaker, took my order and I waited for him to tell me to move to the window-complete silence. I happen to love the food, but the lack of customer service is lacking so bad at this location makes me not to want to go back, which probably will happen. Why are they even there?? Hire quality- customer service people who want to show up at their job to earn a living. I guess these fast food places are just hiring bodies and not people who enjoy a "welcome to Taco Bell type of attitude. HORRID PLACE!

5 stars. Busy at the time I was there (drive thru) behind a few cars but all went well. Fair wait time, places order and drove up and got it pretty quick. Happy all that was ordered was received. Great service.

I walked up to counter to order and the girl just walked off as if I wasn't there and finally the guy that was doing the drive-thru window came over and took my order. The service and the employees are awful. Will not return to this Taco Bell , this is not the first time I have had bad service at this Taxo Bell but it will be the last.

Rollie the General Manager was very disrespectful. My order was messed up 2 and he proceeded to argue with me without taking ownership. I tried reaching out to the owner with no response so it seems like they condone this behavior. I would highly recommend not visiting this location as they constantly mess up your order.
