Received the wrong drink and gave my other drink baby tapioca instead of regular.
I love this place!! I have only tried 2 of the drinks because they're my favorite, but everything looks delicious and is made fresh. The employees are really friendly and helpful too.
Love this place, it's our families boba spot. The team is so friendly and happy. Thank you for being amazing. See y'all next time
Help me understand how six people received their drinks before we did. We waited 20 minutes, were the first and only customers at the time, yet ended up being the last to get our order. What makes this worse is that the other drinks were specialty items with add‑ons, while ours were simple. If ours needed more time, an explanation or apology would have helped, but none was given.
We are patient and never in a rush, but waiting 20 minutes to be served after everyone else felt unfair and somewhat discriminatory. A couple of Sundays ago, it took over 45 minutes for two drinks with no add-ons, and even during the week it’s still a 15–20 minute wait. This shows a consistent issue.
Two employees, though courteous, cannot handle the volume alone, one stuck at the register and only one making drinks is not enough. Staffing shortages may be difficult, but the order in which drinks are served is fully within their control. Orders should be fulfilled in the order they are received, prioritizing those who order first.
On top of the delays, earlier this week, my drink was also incorrect. I ordered a strawberry add‑on, but instead, it tasted only of grapefruit, it had a very strong smell of grapefruit, with absolutely no strawberry flavor at all. After repeated mistakes, long waits, and being served last, this was the final straw.
I suggest that the franchise owners hire additional staff. If they are unwilling to pay for more employees, they should step in and work there themselves.
Unless improvements are made, especially in staffing and order accuracy, you risk losing loyal customers like us.
Great atmosphere
So I decided to treat myself to some boba because, you know, self-care and emotional support drinks. I ordered a large milk tea with extra tapioca because apparently I like to live dangerously.
The first sip? Heaven. Sweet, creamy, chewy perfection. Then came the betrayal — one rogue boba shot straight up the straw and hit the back of my throat like it was trying to take me out. I coughed so hard I accidentally launched another boba back into the cup. A full circle of chaos.
The people around me looked concerned, but I was too deep in my bubble tea battle to stop. I kept drinking, each sip a gamble between satisfaction and survival. By the end, I had tears in my eyes — from both laughter and the internal war between my throat and those tiny, delicious tapioca balls.
Would I order it again? Absolutely. 10/10 would risk my life for chewy happiness once more. 🧋😂
Fabulous! A good go to for your tapioca fix!

I like the mango smoothie with mango jelly
Told me I could adjust sweetness level on the milk teas. Once I received my drink, realized the sweetness level wasn’t adjusted. Then I was told they couldn’t adjust it since it’s a premade powder.
Absolutely obsessed with this boba tea spot! The quality of the drinks is top-notch — you can taste the freshness in every sip. The boba itself is perfectly chewy, never mushy or overly sweet, and the menu has a huge variety of flavors and options to choose from.
What really sets them apart is the level of customization. You can tweak everything — sweetness, ice level, milk type, and more. And the best part? They offer basil seeds as an add-on, which is hands down my favorite. Such a rare and amazing option!
The only downside is the price. It’s definitely on the higher end, even compared to some places in Austin proper. But honestly, for the quality and options you get, it still feels worth the occasional splurge.
If you’re a boba fan and don’t mind spending a little extra for premium drinks, this place is a gem.
Got the matcha lemonade. Tasted fine but there was so much ice I could barely get the straw in. Also the boba was trapped under the ice so I couldn't enjoy it with the drink
The couches are very uncomfortable and they’ve taken away the jenga… but hey the bubble tea is good.
