Love Torchy’s and new to the location, so I was dying to try my new local location and was not disappointed! Jeay at the bar is incredible- amazing personality, very attentive, and just an overall great bartender!

Who is managing the store? We are a long time Torchy's fan at this particular location. Came in with a group of eight and placed drink orders and menu orders. An hour went by without food. We asked about it and they admitted that they had lost the order. Instead of resubmitting the order, they canceled everything without telling us. Another half hour passed with no resolution. We left without food. Simply unacceptable.

Everytime I come into this Torchys, the costumer service is always amazing. My order is very specific and never have an issue. Today’s visit has truly showed me great customer service. My daughter left her retainer along with the trash and a crew member took her time to go through a bit of trash to recover them expensive things. Mind you I went all the at home (10 min away) and she got my info on where I sat and helped with this weird request. For that this will always be my favorite Torchys and I Owe Jessica 🎉🎉🎉

SERVICE SUCKS!!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Torchy’s. You either have to stare up at the board to order or use their McDonald’s-style kiosk, which was already annoying. But the real disaster was the bartender. Our food came out before our drinks, and we waited almost 30 minutes even after telling him multiple times that we had already placed our drink order.

He had a full-on attitude, moved slower than molasses, and kept taking orders from people who walked in way after us. No apology, nothing. AND HE STILL MESSED UP the simplest drink order—a Dos XX draft dressed—and my frozen margarita, which literally just required pulling a lever.

This bartender was absolutely terrible at his job. If this is how he acts when it’s not even busy, I can’t imagine him surviving a rush. Every other Torchy’s we’ve been to has been great, but this guy ruined the whole experience. Avoid the bar here unless you want frustration served with your food.

This used to be the worst Torchy's anywhere. Didn't matter what taco you ordered, it looked as if they made it, took it outside, ran it over with a car, then tried to cobble together the ran over taco so it didn't look so bad.

Well I'm guessing they had a change of management or something because it's awesome now. It actually looks like the tacos are made with care by people who have actually seen food before. If you were put off from this Torchy's for it's first few years, try it again. It's a totally different restaurant now.

Worst experience ever. Ordered two churros and never got them. We waited an hour or more. Then they couldn't give me a refund so I paid for churros and never got them. Don't ever go here. Worst dining experience ever. Hands down. I'm incredibly disappointed for waisting money. And they probably won't even do anything about it because I'm just one customer. Days later and still nothing from torchys. I got a comment from the owner probably to look good but still no one has reached out to me. They took my money and gave me nothing in return. I filled out the link the owner sent me and still nothing.

I’m not sure if they changed the recipe but the salsa roja has too much lime. The chips were also stale but the other items that I ordered were ok.

This location is always disappointing. Gave it one more try last night and every single taco that we had were ice cold. Will not be back to this location.
