Torchy's Tacos

Feels like the meat portions in the tacos have gone down significantly. This is now definitely in “I paid how much and only got this much food?” Territory. Torchy’s might be for tourists now.

I ordered Baja Shrimp and Brushfire tacos for take out. I only live 3.2 miles from this store and both tacos were cold. I do not mean they were warm and got cold on the way home; no, these were cold like they came out of a refrigerator cold. BOTH of them. I called the store and complained, was told I would receive a refund, but was never refunded the amount. I will go back in person today to make an in-person complaint. I have been enjoying Torchy's since they were in a food trailer on S. 1st Street. I have never had a complaint before. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I saw a big brown ratatouille outside the back door and it made me scream!!! 🐀🧀 but the food is yummy

This location was very clean and welcoming, which set the tone right away. The food was great overall. My son and I both ordered The Democrat. The barbacoa was very greasy and definitely had a spicy kick, so if you like bold flavors, it delivers. The drink was also solid and refreshing.

What really stood out was the customer service. My son placed his own order, and the cashier, Scott, was excellent with him. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely engaging, which made the experience even better for us.

Good food, a clean space, and thoughtful service make this Torchy’s a spot we would gladly come back to.

I love Torchy Tacos, but I will not be back at this location. Only thing good was 1 cashier, she was very nice. Everything else was not good. Our togo was missing sauces and silverware and one of our trashy trailer parks were cold, which shouldn't be since we came in and ordered. Lastly there was a charity right outside the store and the manager was so rude to them they ended up leaving. This is not the Damn Good service we are use to. Maybe some more training for this location.

Love Torchy’s and new to the location, so I was dying to try my new local location and was not disappointed! Jeay at the bar is incredible- amazing personality, very attentive, and just an overall great bartender!
