Alitas sin sabor y todas crudas, el aderezo está horrible aguado, las hamburguesas no están Taaan mal pero tampoco las recomiendo mucho.
Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio
Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!

Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add

Worst Wingstop ever. I ordered by delivery and my food was all wrong. I called and got the run around saying the manger was busy .i held for 7 mins and then called back and she still said the manager was busy I ask for her name and she disconnect call. I had to drive to the store and still no help I ask to compensate me for at least one deal I bought and she said she couldn't. She did compensate me for an extra 10 wings. I was still upset due to paying delivery charge and tip. This Wingstop is terrible and customer service sucks . I will never ever order from this store again.

Tonight’s experience with DoorDash and Wingstop was completely unacceptable and beyond frustrating. My original order was not just mishandled it was thrown on my porch by the first Dasher. I reported it immediately, and DoorDash reordered the food for us, which I appreciated.
However, things went from bad to worse. Twenty minutes later, Wingstop cancelled the second order. When I called to find out what was going on, the manager put me on mute mid-conversation, so I hung up and called back. The employee who answered laughed when I asked about my food. They claimed the second Dasher stole our food, so they “had to cancel the order.”
I remained calm and patient through all of this, but when the Wingstop manager acted like he didn’t care, I got understandably upset. Only then after wasting over an hour of my time and essentially seem annoyed so when I got hot headed did he suddenly try to “fix” the issue.
This is by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant and delivery service. I’m not someone who complains, but this was handled horribly from start to finish. Between the thrown food, the stolen re-order, the unhelpful staff at Wingstop, and the lack of real resolution, this entire situation was pathetic.
Went in to pick up my food and it was cold. You can tell the wings had been sitting out for a while. When I walked in I wasn't greeted and the 3 teenagers were just standing there talking.

The new management is amazing! Costumer service is on point, also they’re doing everything faster. The fries look fresher, love it!

Jade at Wingstop Metrocentre is a poor example of how a manager should handle a situation. I honestly can’t believe the way I was treated at Wingstop in the Metrocentre. I had just stepped away to use the toilet for a minute, and when I came back, one of the staff had thrown away my drink and the salt I had brought with me. I was upset, of course, but all I wanted was a simple apology. Instead, the manager (Jade) started talking at me in an aggressive and disrespectful way — staring at my face while speaking to me like I had done something wrong. It felt more like I was being attacked than listened to. This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. If this is how the shop is run, I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with this kind of attitude. Some basic customer service training is badly needed here — or at least some respect.
