Stopped by Zaxby’s recently as a first time customer and I was so glad I did! I tried the lemon pepper tenders with fries and everything was made fresh. When I got my food it was pipping hot! The customer service was great, although I got my order to go, they made sure I had everything I needed in the bag without me even having to ask. The food was reasonably priced and filling, I will definitely be back.
Amazing! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the cashier’s name, but she was of great character, and asked all of our questions, as this was our first ever Zaxby’s visit. Food came out promptly and hot! Great environment and food!
My family and I come here when we can. We hardly ever have an issue . The last time we came our food was extremely cold and there was hair in our chicken. This was the first complaint I've ever made here. But the GM helped me out afterwards and kept apologizing. He was really sweet and made up for the inconvenience.
He took the time to understand my issues and didn't give me a hassle afterwards. Didn't yell , argue nothing. Just beyond helpful.
