The consistency of the ice cream is rock solid. Everything took about 1 hour and a half. Got here during the daytime and left at nighttime. Do not recommend this place.

there’s many things i can complain about, hot in there, long wait time, not worth what you pay because of quality, however the biggest issue was disorganization and rude worker. We went and waited by register ordered and after us was a family. When they call out your ice cream they don’t put name on cup or # system they just say flavor and give. I made an honest mistake and sent my daughter after they said Oreo flavor twice and we only saw the family after us go up but look at us to get. It turned out to be another customer that was there before us that I didn’t notice or get up when flavor was called. It was an honest mistake and in front of everyone the younger woman employee yelled “thats hers not yours they were here before you” that’s not my job to keep tabs of who’s there, and I am not a worker to be scolded at and given attitude because they haven’t figured how to be more organized. funny enough, is after the incident, they rushed to make the customer ahead of me the ice cream and then when they said the flavor again the family after me went up to get and now they were able to keep track to say oh it’s not for you. i don’t believe the customers are always right cus they aren’t but this was embarrassing. Never going back and do better

Super expensive (almost 10 for one bowl) and they wouldn't even let us watch them make it. I get that it's pricey cause it's an experience and a high quality bowl of ice cream, but remove the experience part by ushering us to the sitting area despite the whole section in front of the cold stones being empty and us being out of the way, and it is not worth going here.

The consistency of the ice cream is like gum, had to throw out 1/4 in. Too sweet for being espresso flavored. Price range is too high for quality. Definitely makes me miss rolling with cream. Options for making your own are limited and no lactose free options. Never coming back.

I see reviews about attitudes at this place. In my experiences with this business they have always been friendly. And when I was unsatisfied with the quality of my drink, they offered to remake it. And if I was still unsatisfied they would refund. Well the drink was better and I was happy they tried to make it right. And I was happy to give them the chance to fix it. My kids love this place and I don't mind it either ????????

Place was not kept clean, floors were sticky, churros under cooked in the inside, fruit tea was full of ice not enough tea and was too expensive. Most likely about two or ounces of liquid inside the cup. Rolling ice cream was ok, not the best. If you end up driving towards central texas, stop at "Frozen Milk" in Killeen. They are the pros on rolling ice cream and their teas are not overfill with ice, everything they make is delicious, the price is right and they always have their store in tip top shape. About the churros, best place is in San Antonio "I Love Churros", they make delicious churros and their shop is also super clean. This place 10° F hut has alot to learn specially keeping up with the cleaning of the store. Will definitely not go back any time soon.

They are always closed when I stop by. I came by again today thinking surely not again. But. The open sign is lit, the chairs outside, but door is locked. No one is there.

Mediocre at best!...this place has 3 ppl working and they still took forever to get me my order. I literally waited over 25 minutes for some ice cream, only 3 ppl in front of me. We ordered the #7-s'mores bc the picture was so attractive, unfortunately we got this mediocre ice-cream, with a regular marshmallow on the side, some KitKat and 2 half cut Graham crackers with some chocolate drizzle. I mean, come on..nothing like their picture!. Completely disappointed and will Not return.
