Black Mint Frozen Yogurt

i ordered a “taro milk tea” which is traditionally served over ice, i received a brown smoothie and was told that’s how they make their milk tea. i think the owner needs to revisit the menu or retrain staff because it seems that they did not know that milk tea is not just a flavor but a drink with ice. a simple google search will show you that. no where on the menu specifies that their milk tea is blended. i was told i should have said i wanted it “over ice” when pictures on their menu are LITERALLY OVER ICE. the workers did offer to replace it but i declined because i did not want to be more of a bother because they seemed annoyed helping our group of people to begin with. also was $10 👎🏼

My family and I have always enjoyed Black Mint but I don’t think I’ll be returning for a while. Went in at 8:45pm for a juice (Google says they close at 10) and the experience was just a bit awkward. When I told the girl the juice I wanted, she seemed a little hesitant, like she was debating for a second whether she wanted to go through the trouble of making the juice, before she said they already stopped making juices for the day. So I just left but I thought that was a bit odd/lazy since no one else was there and it was still quite a ways til closing time.

Love the quality of the frozen yogurt!!! Everything is well organized and ready to be served.

Excellent pistachio yogurt!

The frozen yogurt was tasty although they had little flavors to choose from. There was plenty of toppings to choose from and I like that you get to pour it yourself. Aside from that that I had 2 issues. 1. They had a good menu but don’t have pricing anywhere, I included a picture. 2. The girls there are rude and not customer service friendly. They were complaining about the people a head of me, upset they had to clean and said it was rage bait. That everyone was making a mess. I noticed a few things but not enough to be upset about. The cashier was friendly enough.

First time and last time coming to this place. The frozen yogurt was good and I liked the concept but the service was terrible. Girls were rude and when it came time for us to pay all 3 of them just continued to talk by the register, one of them even hopped to sit on on the counter and they just ignored us till I asked them if they were going to charge us and that even seemed to bother them. This place was also dirty will not be coming back.

This is my all time favorite place for frozen yogurt! I love the taro one and also the dragon fruit w lychee. I always have to come here at least once a week

Went here with my boyfriend I had heard good things. When we went in the places looks nice but the staff wasn’t really much help. After paying 2 pricey smoothies, we went on our way and drank our smoothies. After that my stomach hurt so much. We both went to work. And we got back together that night and we both had stomach problems after drinking the smoothies. Has never happened to me anywhere else drinking smoothies. Girl was rude after I asked her what was in the smoothie specifically. And looked annoyed when I choose not to leave a tip. Come at your own risk!!!!!!

Love this place best yogurt Ice cream they change flavors every week and toppings are great, fair price and excellent flavors

I don’t know what happened to the service here used to be smiles and good employees but this year the employees are on there phones or just straight up ignore you this last time I just walked out with nothing cause the employee ignored me several times and not once got her attention when there was no one else in line

Amazing selections of Yogurt & so many other things in the menu! I personally enjoyed the Coconut & Dragon frui flavored Yogurts. I added a few toppings and enjoyed my dessert in the little sofa.
