I don’t know what happened to the service here used to be smiles and good employees but this year the employees are on there phones or just straight up ignore you this last time I just walked out with nothing cause the employee ignored me several times and not once got her attention when there was no one else in line

Amazing selections of Yogurt & so many other things in the menu! I personally enjoyed the Coconut & Dragon frui flavored Yogurts. I added a few toppings and enjoyed my dessert in the little sofa.

I come in with my son
2 min later these Spanish speaking women come in, we get ignored and I let lady know hey we were here 1st
She walks away and lets the other women in back know and they come and check who came to complain they semi smirk at me and I just smirk at them too, 3 different people come help those ladies and we’re just standing there, finally one comes to make the 2 smoothies and 3 are standing around chatting with the 2 Spanish speaking ladies (they are clearly friends or family), hey I’ve been in service many yrs, treat all customers the same don’t ignore people and don’t talk about them or just wait until we leave , not the 1st time this has happened it’s just plain rude, we’re paying customers too..

Went on a Sunday night, which is close to closing but is not an excuse for the state of the place.
First, the establishment was rather dirty… yogurt machines were not working which resulted in me ordering a taro slush. I ordered it originally with no boba then I had to return it and have it remade… I was in the verge of just throwing it away after a sip, but relucted to do so because I felt bad for the food going to waste considering I paid almost 8$ for a small drink… #ridiculous
In addition, the workers “kids” seemed like they weren’t fully equipped to do the job.

Kinda expensive and this is the third time I have come in and seen lots of staff standing around but hardly any flavors working. Today no chocolate and no vanilla! Plus four others not working. Small amount of frozen yogurt with a bunch of toppings was 14$

i went to blackmint on friday night and it was packed but the service was amazing and so was the yogurt, this one young girl was so sweet to everyone and made it a comfortable fun place! will definitely go again if i ever need a snack or a smile :))

Last nighti stop by for 3 items 2 taro boba that taste just freezingmilk withjust a lil taro not eveb enoughfor purple clor that simple no taste no flavor at all :_(

Chairs and floor looked a little dirty. Not as much variety of yogurt flavors compared to exotic berry but taro boba shake was good. Would come back.
