I wouldn't go there until they change all management. I was an employee there to help the store manager out on cleaning and service. Boy was I surprised. The store manager would not throw away cooked food like they suppose to do. Cathy would save it. that's a big Critical. The day I decide to quit was when I saw for my self she took out a cooked fish out of the trash and told me if you putt it back in the frier it be OK. I complained and called the area supervisor and he did not demonstrate any concern. Ever since the new owner of burger King form monterrey bought the store. They try to get away with what they can

When we arrived there was no one at the counter. I called out several times but no one came out until after about 5 minutes. I even called the restaurant phone number but no one answered. After getting our food, the counter was left unattended again. I get that there might not have been that many customers but someone should check once in a while to see if anyone has arrived or is waiting to order.

Ordered coffee got hot water,I guess they forgot to put the coffee in the water. Thank God I always ask for condiments on the side to prepare my own coffee or I would of drank hot water with creamer& sugar. Burger King you really need more than 2 employees at this place,don't expect good service when you just have 2 morning employees doing it all

If I could give no stars I would. Went to the drive thru no one came, front door was locked and no one answered at the intercom. I called and they hung up.Then we drive off to put gas and find that they’re helping someone so we stop and ask why they didn’t answer earlier, “ we are out of fries and are only selling burgers.”Wow. Don’t bother coming here!

Got the $6 meal ... I got the double whopper Jr. With chicken fries and small fries ... But it doesn't come with a drink .... Good thing I had a drink in my vehicle ...Burger seems to have shrunk a lot ... and was it was not hot ....... Very disappointing ☹️ ... Place has kinda a ghetto feel to it ...The manager was nice ... She offered me a cup so I could drink some water ...

Stopped by at 8:00 and ordered 2 simple biscuits with sausage, but was told that that they were out of biscuits for the day.Fortunately for me, McDonald's has a location right across the street and I obtained my 2 biscuits and sausage from BK's competitor.

11 am. Place was a mess, lettuce on the seat, crumbs everywhere on the floor and the seats, and both coke machines out of order. They do give the drinks from inside their working area though. Employees don’t even want to get near the front to give service.

Had 2 very disrespectful employees named Giselle & Alondra from the start they didn’t even want to take orders nor talk with respect when giving them my order ! I’m paying over $30 for 2 meals and STILL can’t give orders correct and have ugly attitudes. PEOPLE should not be working somewhere if they can’t give the correct CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!
