Poor service. Female working drive thru has so much attitude. Seems more like an inconvenience than a service. Why hire people with that much attitude? Can’t say it enough… if you don’t like your job, let someone else take over who will appreciate what you never could. BK #3245

Horrible service!! Drive thru attendant was just like a robot asking anything else? Instead of would you like this or that. Didn’t repeat my order and when at the window didn’t say hello just the dollar amount it was. Didn’t give me a receipt or asked if I wanted one and just said drive up. 2 seconds later brings me a bag with my food but I was missing an item and when I tried to call the number was disconnected then some one came out with the missing item in their hands and not in a bag!! Like really what is this service no wonder your customer service is going down!!

You gotta be joking, there was two employees one female one male seemed to be flirting since they were so chatty in the corner without cameras MISSING OUR ORDER. Literally focus on your job (not in another one week relationship) also I didn't get a single apology despite how nice I was about it
Employees need better motivation/ customer service skills I understand that sometimes people have problems. Please leave ur problems at home and or outside the restaurant. I came to order a burger combo and was treated with such dryness and no motivation. When I came to the drive thru window a female with a bothered face took my payment. This happened around 4:50pm 1/5/2025. It’s unacceptable to start the year with such horrible service.

The restaurant was close, at 9:15 pm and the girl in the front in saw us and she didn't want to server us, then we went thru the drive thru and nobody takes our order we wait like 10 min and after that we left the restaurant very disappointed
