The Druve thru Attendant had an additude And kept harrying me up with my food and everytime I ask for something she kept telling me its unavailable
I have stopped by at 6 o'clock several times and it has been closed. They still have the sign 2 for 4 but do not honor it.

Quite literally the worst customer service ever. Every person sounds so miserable while they take your order, they cut you off, they rush you, they're just rude. You'd expect some decent customer service after trying to place a simple order.

Worst service from the manager. Rude!!!
I've been meaning to leave a 5 star review here for a while- I'm a regular :)
I always come after work and order an impossible whopper, they never mess it up and on occasion give me extra fries like this time :D
I've had a lot of issues with my local Weslaco location, but I'm always happy with my burger here in Pharr!
My fave burger king location, and the staff here are really chill 👍

Cashier passes a vibe that makes you feel unwelcome from the beginning, cuts you off on the questions and transparently shows you that she could care less of the customer and this establishment.. uses the word bruhh religiously 😄. Flies all over the place and all tables dirty, no customer is acknowledged here by no one. This location really lacks a refresh from staff to cleanliness. She threw my burger away cause it took for ever to serve the fries, cook had to make me a new 🍔

Whoever made my breakfast burrito did the sloppiest job ever. Not only did it taste disgusting but the person taking my order and at the window had the worst attitude even though I never even said anything to her/him ( I genuinely can’t tell their gender). Took a bite and threw away the whole thing cuz god knows what they did to that burrito if they’re angry for no reason. Just quit if y’all hate your jobs that much. Being decent costs nothing!!!

We walked in and front counter person was busy. She went around the counter and she was putting the trash bag and we asked her if there was someone at the front counter. She ignored us and as she walked away we asked her again if anyone was in the front so someone could take our order. We told her that we’ve been waiting and instead of her answering us she went towards another area and stayed there. We started thinking that she was just cleaning and there was someone else that was assigned to the counter. She wouldn’t answer us and we started getting upset and she started to walk towards the counter and we gave her attitude and told her that we’ve been waiting. She walked over to the with the employee working the drive thru and told her something and finally made her way to the front counter. We asked her if she was going to take our order and that we’ve been waiting. She looked at me and said I didn’t hear you but you could tell she was bothered and her tone had attitude. I told her her that I wanted someone else to take our order because she didn’t want to help us and she said no one else was going to help us and that we needed to leave. I told her that we needed to talk to the manager and we started telling the person working the drive thru that she didn’t want to help us from the moment we came in. The front counter girl told the drive thru employee that she was not going to help us and no one was going to take our order. I guess the front counter girl was the manager because she kept telling the drive thru employee not to help us. If you work in the food industry, customers need to order their food. An employee should not get bothered because a customer is asking if someone can help them or if someone can take their order. I was rude after she continuously ignored us so for her to have had attitude towards us was unnecessary because we were only asking simple questions. If you get bothered because customers ask you if someone can help them then you shouldn’t be working in a job where you have to attend to people. After she stated and repeated that no one was going to help us, I did become very rude. I added a picture of the girl that was very rude. I personally did not take the photo. I actually got it from someone else who left a bad review on Google and I recognized her. If she is the manager, that explains why this location has so many bad reviews. Please do not go to this location. Nowadays people don’t want to do their job. I worked in the fast food industry and if a customer was upset with me because I did something wrong, I would call my manager to come and help me so they could take over. We would try to diffuse the situation, not add to it.

My wife and I placed online orders with a special offer. We then arrived at the restaurant, just past 8am to find all the doors still locked! We go to the drive thru to notify an employee that we had online orders placed. We get to the window and see no one. Then I had to get out of my car to see if anyone was there. Then I did see an employee, let her know I was waiting. Thankfully, we did get our food. We asked why the doors were locked, and she said the restaurant was still closed, and she was the only employee there. Also, her attitude was terrible. Anyway, the hours posted opening time at 6 am, so that needs to be reflected on the door or the doors actually open. Nonetheless, we will not likely come back here or do business with BK for a long time.

If I can put zero stars I would. The lady at the register was very rude, and kept picking her nails and not really helping us answer a question about a special they have. Very sour attitude, and not only towards myself but towards everyone coming into the restaurant.

Where do I begin.
I walked in and wanted hand sanitizer. Asked the girl behind the counter for some and she said there wasn’t anymore and they were actually thinking of taking the entire thing down, but didn’t want a hole left on the wall. Ok. Ordered my meal and was given my cup and lid for my drink. The lid was dirty and broken. Ok. I wasn’t going to use it anyhow. Looked for a place to sit. Every single table was dirty. I found one that wasn’t so bad and cleaned it myself. Went to get ketchup out of the pump. Pump was empty, so I was given ketchup packets. Ok. Went to the drink dispenser for ice and a soda. No ice!
Where is the management at this location?! You’d think I went right at 12 noon! I was there at 2:30. Either Management wasn’t on the premises or they don’t take pride in their workplace. I won’t be visiting this location anymore.
