Employees NEED Motivation. It's 10:45 am there is NO coffee. I believe should be on hand All day . Specially on this weather. Well restaurant is clean that is a plus. Employee's have Poor listening skills. I asked for no cheese. Order had THREE portions of cheese. I understand that sometimes people have problems. Customers have them also. Please leave ur problems at home or outside the restaurant.

This restaurant does NOT have children's games.The staff is very serious. It was fast and they gave us what we asked for. But he doesn't say hello, he doesn't say goodbye, he doesn't say thank you.The spicy Royal Crispy chicken was super tough, seemed overcooked and overheated. We returned it and the girl asked for a new “fresh” one and they already gave us an edible one.The toy they gave us, we have no idea what cartoon it is, they give more and more crappy...

I love the food there sometimes they don't greet you or treat you correctly. But we go for the food. Management has a bitter attitude and hardly wants to attend the buying guests. We did a online order and she gave the food to a order 30 minutes after ours and waited our food under lamp for more than 30 minutes before letting us know it was ready. This is the manager who was there and took our first order. Made us intimidate in ordering a to go order. Not going to this one...
