Placed a mobile order on a Sunday. Get there & they tell me they're out of meat. Like seriously who runs out of meat in a burger joint. & to top it off they're are so rude abt it. They didnt want to give me a refund, because I placed the order thru the mobile app. Like C'mon its yalls fault & cant do a refund? Now i have to wait 7-10 business to get my refund.Not even a sorry. Ridiculous.

It is Unsanitary ,and very disappointing here . I expected better ,but it was the complete opposite I do not recommend eating here.

That conversation between the employees sounded RIVETING. At least it had to have been given HOW LONG I WAITED WITHOUT ANYONE TAKING MY ORDER. But PLEASE, have your haha’s and joking around. I would say “terrible service” but it doesn’t apply since I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY SERVICE

This BK is awesome! Just like the one in Weslaco on 1015, but closer to home! Orders are always correct, and all the food is super delicious!

I paid 15.00 dollars for 2 whoppers, I ask the worker there , how come 15.00 they are 4something on Wednesday, and that's with drink and fries, I will post a pic.

The worst location. Do not recommend stopping by. Was in drive through for 10 min never took my order went inside to place an order and still took 10 more minutes to take the order. Inside the facility is very dirty, there was spilled coke where they had not even tried to mop or clean all the tables were filthy. Bathrooms were filthy. The coke machine did not work no ice and the coke was flat. There was only three employees and they were just joking around and eating in the back while they had serval orders in line. Took 40 min to get my meal

This is the worst Burger King in the world. Dirty Tables, Watery Ketchup, and Cold Food is the Trifecta of what a fast food restaurant SHOULDN'T be. There are many more underlying issues but these are the main ones. Do better.

I placed my order from what seemed like a shift lead/manager, and I wanted to add something aside from the offer I had on the app. I ordered chicken fries, and when the shift lead/manager asked “12 or 8 piece,” I said “8 piece please, just the fries” (as in, not the meal). I got my receipt and it seemed like a little more than what I had ordered, so I looked through and she had put in a 12 piece. Not much of a price difference, but I don’t like throwing food away. So I brought it up to her, and she said “well I confirmed with you.” And I let her know that she had only asked “12 or 8 piece” and I specifically said “8 piece please..”

She had earphones in while working, so I can see why she didn’t hear me correctly. She proceeded to let out a big sigh, stood there for a bit upset with me, then pulled out money from the register with her keys and just handed it to me while looking away, very upset with me.

I get it, fast food work can get stressful. But she already seemed to be in a stressed mood and got upset after I tried clearing up the error.
