Very bad experience with the drive-thru. So I ordered my burger and of course is drive-thru so I left. When I was able to eat my burger it had lettuce when I said no lettuce and then I opened it and it had no meat. Literally no meat. Next time check your food before leaving the drive-thru windows

The service is a little slow when you order to look for food!! The place is not very clean! It has a certain unpleasant smell
I ordered the firey royal crispy chicken and got a burnt, overcooked, stale, bland piece of chicken with little lettuce, no tomato, and no cheese. I've gotten this item multiple times from other locations and it has always been delicious but this burgerking actually charged me for something that looks like it came from the trash. They were also out of ice.

It’s bad enough it looks geto but icing on the cake is today 8/15 3:30 pm came saw TV on well thought that was nice got my food wanted to sit there in front of TV but an employee was already there shies off torn socks for all to see lying there was an embarrassing spot needless to say I will post video on tick tock and never return

The people here were really nice and they seem to want to provide good service. The problem is that a few hours after eating here my dog vomited after eating the food we didn't finish which didn't really alarm me at the time but later I got a stomach ache. I've had diarrhea for 3 days since eating here. I have missed work for the last 3 days and I am just getting over it now but I promise to never eat at this or any other Burger King ever again!
