The avocado was blackened; it didn't look appealing. (It would stand to reason that if a dish is not esthetically pleasing; it should not be served.) We told one of the servers and she also made a disgusted face and it was replaced. The male server that brought it out to us was rather upset because it was the last avocado. He made us feel that it was our fault gor not accepting the first black avocado toast. And, the fried egg on top was cold) Hopefully, next time we go, we have a better experience. I'll order the chilaquiles again, my mouth was on fire but they were so good!!

Never left reviews before, but this place didn't sit right in my soul. Food was mid at best. I'm not sure why everyone is hyping it up. Service was trash. Guy acting entitled like the world owes him something. Seating was trash. 0/10 would not recommend.

I don’t EVER leave reviews, but this establishment didn’t sit right with me. Props to the people in the back making the food. It was great. HOWEVER the people in the front, the whole FACE of the restaurant provided HORRIBLE SERVICE. Cashier had an attitude as if someone pissed in his coffee. Food runner was rolling his eyes and had a tone with us. MIND YOU it was our first time there and we were standing around waiting for a table with our plates of food in our hands while waitresses PROMISED other people tables that came in AFTER us. Tell me why a man that hadn’t even ordered so not even considered a “paying customer” was taking up a whole table of 5 chairs BY HIMSELF. While we: 1. Had already paid. 2. Had our food in our hands. So aggravating. Then to top it off we were being watched like hawks and rushed out of the restaurant to make room for other customers.

Terrible experience at Cast Iron Café. The person who took my order was outright rude and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome from the start. To make matters worse, the food is way overpriced for what you get not worth a single penny. Honestly, I don’t recommend wasting your time or money here.

Pleasant surprise. Mellow vibe, good breakfast and coffee. Gents behind the counter were helpful, easy to converse with. Love the coffee shop relaxed atmosphere. The cappuccino was beautifully prepared . We'll be back.

Need some serious maintenance, the Montecristo was oily and no taste what so ever, the capuchino no good ,will not recomended, to no one.
