On January 31, 2026, I had a very disappointing customer service experience during a breakfast visit with my two children. Each of us ordered a meal; however, when the server delivered the food, only two plates were brought to the table. Upon pointing out that one meal was missing, the server responded, “I only have two hands.”
This remark was inappropriate and unprofessional, especially in front of my children, who were visibly confused by the interaction. What was intended to be an enjoyable family breakfast was negatively affected by this response. This level of service is not acceptable and falls short of reasonable customer service expectations.

The chorizo and egg were good! It was real chorizo. The potatoes eh, kinda bland. Now the egg and migas have more tortilla than eggs.

They didn’t have toast, they wouldn’t let me swap for a like priced item. Every other restaurant in the world would have done that. Why not this one? Half the menu was unavailable.

Walk in, take a menu and order at the counter when you’re ready. Then await the deliriously satisfying meals that await you. Everything we’ve ever had here has been delectable and so filling that I rarely have anything else the rest of the day. The service is lovely with wonderfully delightful people I can only describe as that friend who knows exactly what you like. It can get busy and loud but it’s because the secret my friends, is out. If you’re on the fence about where to eat, it’s here. You won’t be sorry.

You have to order at the counter and collect your own condiments/utensils. Poblano chilaquiles were delicious, just wish the portion was a bit bigger. The beans are just beans, nothing crazy. But the potatoes definitely could be better?

We waited almost an hour for a plate of two eggs, bacon and toast & chicken and waffles. Multiple customers got their full orders before us. Only to be told by a server that the kitchen lost our ticket. Majority of my food was cold/lukewarm by the time I received my eggs, and spent close to $30 for the privilege.
