Man, this Chipotle is straight-up trash half the time. Every time I pull up, they outta something—chicken, rice, beans… like, how you run a burrito spot with no rice? I’m on a strict diet, so I can’t just grab whatever, and it’s mad frustrating.
The place be dirty too. Tables always nasty, prep area lookin’ messy, and nobody tryna clean. And don’t even get me started on the portions—these workers be actin’ like they scoopin’ out gold, giving you half a spoon of food like I ain’t pay for a full bowl. Most of them got attitudes too, like they don’t even wanna be there.
Only reason I ain’t rating this place zero stars is ‘cause there’s one dude with long hair who actually cool and tryna help people. Other than that, management gotta fix this place ASAP ‘cause it’s a joke.

Delicious food!! I've tried their brisket, steak, carnitas, and now their newest chicken. If you haven't tried it, please do. The Honey & Chipotle Chicken is full of flavor. It's sweet with a kick of spice at the end. The spicy kick is what makes this chicken a bomb 😋 In this restaurant, you get to make your meal to your liking. You have many options to choose from. And the portions are big enough that you have enough leftover for a later meal. Chipotle & Honey Chicken is definitely my favorite protein.

The workers are always in a bad mood, their work area always looks dirty and disorganized, and the food is always burnt. I'm never coming here again; I'd rather go to a Chipotle that is farther from my area than ever come back here.

Very seldom do I write reviews but I felt this may be of interest for someone first time going to this place here in pharr just moved here from up north was craving chipotle so we go.Mistake the food was served skimpy I asked for a little more and was told there would be a charge. The server looked like she was bothered and had a bad tone. I don't mind paying extra but, the extra was also very little. Any how I was overcharged and got sick this morning. Stomach hurts. Never again to bad I love chipotle but I basically paid a lot of money and we all got sick.

The food was great! Theit work space was very dirty, and all the guys working there looked frustrated, zoned out and annoyed with any request. We had to cut a burrito we were splitting with a fork because they dont cut them and no chips. Only writting this hoping they work on their staff because if I'm not going back because of that I'm sure theres others.

Ordered a steak bowl with brown rice for take out, when I got home the rice was very hard to eat and I noticed that it was very undercooked, I feel like if you’re making rice all day you should know how to cook it by now

The place is always dirty, they didn't have the things they needed, like avocado and lettuce, there were only two people serving, the line was super long, it took a long time to serve us, I think one was only for takeout orders and the other girl was for the restaurant customers.

This was my first time at this Chipotle. While the food was good, the PORTIONS were VERY SKIMPY! I did not receive enough rice to even line the bottom of my bowl and I asked the server for more rice and she said she’d have to charge me for more. I suppose they try to make up for the skimpiest by adding a ton of lettuce at the end. A few of my coworkers have noticed the same thing. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this one any longer. It was a convenient location, but will dine elsewhere.

First visit to any Chipotle. Wife and I both got bowls, hers steak, mine chicken. While making the bowls, the girl asked what we wanted in them. I told her we didnt know what each item was, expecting her to understand we had not been in before. She did tell us what was in each container. We added the same ingredients, Cilanto rice, corn, shredded cheese, medium salsa, sour cream and guac. The food was good, however the communication left something to be desired. They did not tell us as we asked for guac it was going to be $4.oo to add it. We frequent Moe's Southwest Grill when traveling. Unlike Chipotle however, they do not charge extra for guac, and chips and salsa are free with each order. As I said, the food is good, but the prices will keep us away

Most of the time I go, the line where the food is served looks dirty and is not in order. Apart from that, they did not have fajitas, which are no longer available all day. It is truly a shame that this establishment, due to lack of maintenance and cleaning, ends up closing.
I like the food, its flavor, but these last two times I have come the place is very dirty, the music that is heard is not at all appropriate to the place (corridos tumbados). Where the forks are out of place, they did not have lettuce (something they should prevent having like any other item) Very dirty where the food is served, that entire area is dirty with contamination between the food, not visually pleasing. Hopefully it gets better...because that denigrates the presence of the place...

I like burritos but for my Mexican pesos it is a little expensive, at the January 2025 exchange rate I paid $950 MXP for 3 burritos and 3 drinks... 😣and I don't know why, but I feel like Chipotle stores always look somewhat careless with the cleanliness of the tables
