I love coming here, but this time I did a pick up order and it’s was filled almost entirely with rice. Very disappointing especially because we paid extra for more protein. 😔

I give this location 1 star. You deserve it. Dirty, food all over the floor and tables. There were no clean tables. There was no where to sit. Thats the best part. The amount of cross contamination is a careless disregard for people that suffer severe food allergies. I saw cheese all over, sour cream everywhere. Do you know what happens when an allergen is put into a food item where it doesn’t belong, like a piece of cheese dropping onto a salad accidentally, it’s never okay to just remove the item. Keeping an area clean without cross contamination is a basic requirement. My daughter had an allergic reaction to her steak rice bowl. She only had steak and rice. After a dose of benadryl she was okay. The girl that was fixing the contaminated food was mad she was making it and tossing our plates all over. If making food have you that annoyed. Go clean the dining area. Be mad about the rice all over the floor and the fingerprints all over the window. Really disappointed. I wont be going back to this location. I will be reporting you to the health department. I will let them know the only thing you're serving is attitudes, cross contamination, a dirty dining area and allergens in food where there should be none. I will also be filing a complaint with FARE (Food Allergy Research& Education) Food allergies isn't a diet its a disease.

I was rather disgusted with the cleanliness of this Chipotle restaurant. There were 6 employees working but no one was attempting to cleanup. The tables, floors and restroom areas were filthy. There was food and trash on the floors and tables, and the garbage bins were full. I've been to other Chipotle restaurants where they definitely keep them much cleaner.

Seriously was craving chipotle all day and I order through DoorDash and they put beans in my burrito .. like dude be so fr. Door dash didn’t even give me a refund for yall messing up my order.

One of the better Chipotles in the area, service is always great, food is always hot and fresh, atmosphere could be better but it's the valley. I would definitely recommend you stop by to get some of this delicious food. I don't know if I would recommend eating there not because it's bad but there's better places to eat at.

The valley would have bring disgrace to a place like this.

Disappointing experience — not the first time
I placed a mobile order before noon today through the Chipotle app, but got a call saying my order was being delivered to Top Golf instead of my correct address. I decided to try again around noon through DoorDash, but the food quality was really disappointing. The carne asada in my burrito bowl was dry and stiff, making it hard to eat, and the chips with queso were greasy and overcooked — they tasted like burnt oil.
Unfortunately, this isn’t my first bad experience at this location. A few months ago, when we dined in, the customer service was also terrible. I had hoped things had improved, but clearly not. I’ll be ordering from the McAllen location from now on since they consistently provide better food and service.

The food was fresh and consistently delicious. I had the burrito, and it was packed full. The atmosphere was pleasant with very little noise. The only downside was the service—the employee who helped us didn’t seem very friendly. She wasn’t rude, but it was clear she didn’t want to be there. Normally, I have great experiences at this location and have never had any issues. Overall, you get exactly what you expect from Chipotle.

Placed an online order. I waited 15mins longer than the time it was supposed to be ready. The staff are definitely not eager to work or even look happy to provide customer food service. They have their gloves on and touch their faces then touch the food and utensils. The soft tortillas were all hard when we ate them. Surely they were old.... Very disappointed. You can tell the manager doesn't care about this restaurant. Def not going back to this one.

Food is ok but restaurant is filthy!! They had at least five staff members that I saw and at least one of them could’ve cleaned up tables. Every table was filthy with food on it. The floor had trash and Remnants of food everywhere. Our food was given to us on a tray that clearly was dirty. Definitely makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen. It seems like this location is getting worse and worse about cleaning. It doesn’t take that much effort to wipe down the tables and sweep up the floor. Definitely will not be coming back. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t stepped in yet.

Every single employee taking the orders were so rude. They didn’t even acknowledge what you said to them, they just stare and nod. Ask a question, get a response in the lowest voice ever. From EVERYONE.
