Manager is rude they told me 10 minutes for my order to be ready. 20, minutes later and it’s still not done they told me to wait in the front and then gave me a nasty attitude for asking how long.

Staff was super friendly even though I walked in close to closing time. My cashier was Jocelyn and the cook was funny but I didn't get his name. There was another lady working hard cleaning up. The 3 made my night. I told them that the chicken strips the made fresh were probably going to be the best ever.

The lady who took my order with two braids in her hair was super rude and on top of that, the 4 piece combo was basically a 3 since one of them was a tiny piece of bone with chicken on it AND I didnt get the potatoes with the meal. 0/5 except thats not an option.

I visited your Church’s Chicken location last night and had a disappointing experience. I ordered bone-in wings at the drive-thru. The employee taking my order was distracted, talking to someone else multiple times. She asked me twice whether I wanted bone-in or boneless, and I clearly said “bone-in.”
Before I could even finish placing my order, she told me to drive forward, then quickly said, “Never mind, what were you going to want?” I repeated my order and politely asked for the wings to be made fresh.
When I got to the window, she took my payment but didn’t give me a receipt and told me to just drive forward. After waiting around 10 minutes, another employee handed me my food without confirming my order or saying anything.
When I got home, I realized they gave me boneless wings instead of bone-in. I tried calling the store immediately, but no one answered last night or this morning.
I’d appreciate it if someone could reach out to resolve this issue.

I order a big meal for pick up and a half bakes chicken. My order wasn't ready first of all, then the half chicken was burnt to a crisp! Needless to say my order was completely wrong...they forgot to include my 8 piece chicken strips. Never again

Chicken sandwich was just 2 pieces of bread...shame Churchs for selling it. It should actually be sold for .25 cents or given out for free....very poor quality!

When my husband and I arrived and placed our order, the white meat wasn't ready, so the cashier told us how long it would take. In the meantime, the manager, I believe, brought us the rest of our order so that we could start eating. Very nice of her that she went out of her way to take care of us. 😃
