I've been coming here for a least 20 years. Its location on business 83, and Cage Street makes it very accessible to all of Pharr. I like the coupon specials that they have.
Service was slow, drink had no fizz, food was bland and bathroom was passable for a public restroom. I also feel that the street vendors should be banned from harassing the patrons while they are trying to eat.

Yesterday I went shopping because it is close to my house, something quick and easy, but when I asked Mr. Esteban s Check 20066 a question, this is how the name appears on the ticket. I asked him what is the difference from 1 package to another and he He says in a grotesque way, out there you can see the difference on the sign, he tells me you have to go out to see it.
