Placed order for family tender meal. Received chicken, when asked if tenders were in bottom box was answered yes, upon checking no tenders. Told manager, she simply told cashier to remove and replace. No apologies no acknowledgement. No one was wearing name tags. I believe that's the same reason I had stopped going to church's.

we waited a long time for our food, around 20-30 minutes for a 9pice meal. We ordered a 6 piece, but instead got 9. The wings themselves had NO SAUCE! It was as if we ordered regular wings, the sauce was laughable! Only three employees there, multiple cars waitings!

Today I went to get some chicken,and turns out you can’t get the pieces you want paying full price.Looks like they are not giving us a choice anymore on ordering what you want when paying full price.Not sure if it’s the management there,or if Church’s has taken away our choice to pick what went paying full price.Store was on Jackson Rd in Pharr,Tx

Great experience at this Church’s Chicken! The staff is super friendly, the service is fast, and the food always comes out hot and fresh. I’ve been to other Church’s locations, but none of them beat this one. The Sunday crew is the best, I always stop by after church, and they never disappoint!

Never have white pieces of chicken. Bad customer service. Employee brings her children to work. Can’t even enjoy your dining with their iPhones so loud. Also there is a homeless lady with her dogs bowl to get ice from the the drink machine.
Ordered tenders took 20 minutes to get my food. Finally get my food it’s all wrong. They gave me mash potatoes instead of fries. No gravy and no biscuit. Called the location phone number is out of order.

Great prices. I think a worker brought their kids to work. The kid had his phone on full blast and wasn't even watching his phone. I understand parents have to do what they have to do. The parent needs to control their kids. The parent needs to keep an eye on their children.
