They put promotions and they don't respect them!!
I went and told him that I bought it and they didn't give me the dozen for free as the offer says!!
The lady was very rude, obviously, I realized it when I got home.
2 I don't live nearby
3 when I got out of the car and to the children and said I'm going to write to them, I sent a message to the page I spoke on the phone (they don't answer) they don't answer the page either

The lady and those who are there think they own it, she started to raise her voice and get rude, I just left her talking to herself and then she says anything…. Thank you with a hypocritical voice lady!!
The lady told me why didn't I say at that time, I mean, I'm 20m away and more traffic I asked for the drive thru, the line was huge, it's not like an hour later I wanted to complain, stupid old woman!!!

I have no need to lie because not accepting that it was their mistake and it is not the dozen is the attitude and why make those offers if they only respect them with some!!!! Too bad about the very good tamales but with those employees the customers are going to leave

The food is good but the people are hypocritical and tell lies, I asked for a 2x1 promotion they only gave me 1 dozen, I wanted to complain to them and they didn't give it back to me.

Ok imo Delia’s tamales taste just like everyone else’s. Butttttt the jalapeño cream cheese and bean tamales are the bomb! Plus I hear they put the “blue” in em too
