For the price they're not that good
Tamales were not that great compared to other places. So much talk about this place from coworkers.

There was no chicken in the tamale literally the chicken was just smeared on the masa. Definitely a disappointment. Delia’s has definitely lost what they were known for!

Their tamales use to be the best but not anymore. Delia's raised their price and now there's way more masa than meat. For the people that order delivery from up north, don't waste your money on these tamales. I've gotten them for the last time today, I use to love them but now they're just blah.
The best Tamales in Texas.
We have been driving to Delia's Tamales in San Juan for years from Brownsville, TX, have ordered several dozens every Christmas for all our family to enjoy, but lately the Tamales haven't tasted the same, they don't taste the same, even the Menudo tasted different. Will be looking to buy Tamales elsewhere in Brownsville.
For real, what's going on here? I remember this place was like so good. Every place in each city. I don't know what's going on now.
