Food is great but the carry out to your vehicle sux, there's like 20 employees they won't take your food to the car this been the second time I had to get down and ask for my pizzas after a while off been checked in and the food been ready.

Honestly and whole heartily F this location I get it times get busy especially in the service industry but we literally followed the prompts to pick up our order turning in the hazards even calling to let them know we were outside a woman pick up the phone and said one moment please we literally saw her place down the phone walk off and never touch the phone they even cleared the order of the system by putting that they gave us the order already from the couple of minutes I spent waiting in the car and even the 5 minutes or so I spent waiting to be helped with no other customers in there no one had walked over and even touch the order to attempt to take it out who knows how long I would’ve waited for my food very disappointed and honestly may never come to this location again do not recommend because it’s obvious that they care more about their metrics than their actual customers I guess we’re just a number to them
Apparently they stop taking orders at 12 when they close at 1am.... But I guess closing at 1am and not having to stay and clean is more important 😂 and then after I was hung up on I never got refunded so now I have to wait 7 to 8 business days to get refunded 😂 but I suppose it's Pharr customer service for ya 😂

What an amazing place. The workers are all super friendly. We ordered 2 pizzas. They were delicious. Those employees in that store all deserve recognition. They were pumping out pizzas like crazy. Thank you

Why cant they read a damn order i ordered a pepperoni jalapeno pizza and they didnt put no damn pepperoni like really i get home to enjoy with my kids and i have to return because they cant read the damn order like really and then the manager is like oh ill talk to them we will remake the pizza u have to wait 15 minutes

8/10 times that I make my orders here, they miss putting garlic on my crust. That is literally the only reason why I choose Dominos over other places. About 3 weeks ago I made another order. Order was missing the garlic on the crust. I asked if I made a mistake in the order but I didn't. After talking to a the lady in charge, she said that they just get too many orders sometimes and they just don't put it.. and that sorry for the inconvinience.. What kind of answer is that?? So I asked for a remake for our next order. Tonight I called in my order for that remake from the last mistake. The lady left me on hold for about 10 minutes and finally came back with a $17 charge for my free large pizza and a medium pizza. I had to tell her to remove the medium pizza and I just ordered it via the app for $8.99. They are trying to abuse of their customers. Soo wrong. So I get there to pick up my pizzas and I check both for that garlic crust. The Large had Garlic crust and the medium didn't. This time I made a mistake and I accidently chose handmade which doesn't really give the option to add it. So that's fine. That's on me but then I asked her why they don't put it when it's ordered online with garlic and she came up with a story about their ovens being over loaded and things can fall.. I was too embarrassed to even further explore her made up story.. anyway. This place needs new management, someone that can handle accurate orders, address customer issues, and good customer service. I'm not coming back to this place again but if you are thinking of ordering here, DONT.
