I had to place a large last minute order. The staff is super friendly and understanding. They were able to complete the order in a timely manner and handle a customer who was very aggressive due a couple of minutes wait. The employees handled this customer with utmost professionalism and patience while completing the orders. The morning staff are wonderful! Thanks again!

Just went to get coffee and night employees say they are closed I know for a fact they don't close at 9 I use to work there I know Josh the district manager this is not the first time

Went to the drive thru to order an iced chai tea, was told they have them but not at the moment. Asked for something without caffeine and the guy says they have matcha. I try to order an iced matcha and all of the sudden the guy stops taking my order at the drive thru. So i drive around to the window to see what happened. Im thinking the speaker went out but no, he is serving someone else at the counter lol. After I wait for him to serve the other person, he comes to the window and says “sorry, we don’t have matcha or chai.” Im like “so why didn’t you say that when I was ordering?” He said “because the customer at the counter wanted me to help him”. Like WTH? You stopped taking my order, for something yall don’t even HAVE, and I had to wait for you to serve someone else before finding out you can’t even get me what I want. Ridiculous.

I love Dunkin! But sometimes they have their days when they don’t make the coffee taste good. Or they don’t have any donuts. But I think it’s just all depends on who’s working that day.
The place is a little dirty. Excellent service and coffee.

The staff was nice but just not efficient. I ordered the iced lava latte and 3 cars in the drive through and two people in line behind me got their iced drinks before me. It took 22 minutes for one drink. The drink was new but literally tasted like some sugar and watered down milk. Did not taste like any syrup or distinguishing flavor. Absolutely bland. That is the trend in all dunkin coffee drinks. Donuts were good! I would recommend their food but never their drinks.

Love love love the donuts here! They are always fresh and taste delicious! The team is professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with warmth and kindness. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and valued. Just excellent service! Inside the store it’s always clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. I highly recommend this location for your coffee needs and donuts!

First they try giving my husband a cold brew that we didn’t order, so they look and verify the order. Then both our coffee orders were made wrong.they taste like it’s just coffee and cream. No real favor or sweetness. We had to add our own syrup and sugar at home.

I ordered a dozen donuts thru drive thru. When I got to my son’s house was very disappointed. ☹️ I didn’t get all the donuts I ordered, the sad thing was the plain cake were hard, they seemed from the day before. I didn’t get several of ones I ordered. I called and spoke to a lady, even asked if they were fresh , she claimed they were 🙄. I asked for a manager and said she was the manager… wow She asked if I can take back and she would exchange, I told her I couldn’t go because I was babysitting… she said she couldn’t do anything . This has happened several times at this location, bad service and employees (manager). I didn’t want free buy could of offered a discount or something 🤷🏻♀️

This is the WORST Dunkin location EVER! They never have donuts or munchkins. It's always just regular glazed. The guy that answers for drive thru orders sounds like he doesn't want to be there, you're bothering him, never courteous either, and has the face and walk to match! Terrible, horrible customer service!!! I absolutely love your donuts and coffee. Everyone else it just doesn't stand up to y'all. But I would have to go a couple of miles way North of town to get what i want. Other locations are friendly and a variety to choose from. It's so sad that I cannot enjoy a delicious donut and awesome coffee. I will not go back! Management needs to take initiative and retrain everyone!
