Josh! You need to get your employees on check. My order ain’t that complicated for them to be messing with my drink. Purposely sweetening my drink like crazy just because I sent it back.

I visited this Dunkin’ location today and I’m extremely disappointed – to the point that I won’t be coming back.
The donuts have clearly gotten smaller while the prices keep climbing. I was charged $2.00 for a single donut (and $1.69 for a “medium” glazed), yet the size is now somewhere between small and medium – noticeably smaller than what Dunkin’ used to serve. I completely understand that costs are rising for everyone, but if you’re going to increase prices this much, at least keep the portion/size consistent. Shrinking the product and charging more feels deceptive and greedy.
Unfortunately, because of the poor value, I can no longer justify coming here. Very disappointed.

Their prices for hot coffee or absolutely outrageous.... More than $3.50 for a small cup of hot coffee.

In chicago, where the wages are higher, taxes are higher and the real estate is more expensive, that exact same cup cost me $2.95..

A girl at the drive through with piercings and a white shirt was so rude when I was trying to ask on how to get the free coffee on “September 29” if your employees don’t want to help your customers out on then you all are failing to train them properly. Ended up at Krispy Kreme where they were very friendly and got a free coffee and a donut 🍩 I will never be going to Dunkin’ Donuts 👎👎

I pull up to drive thru and they are fixing the menu stand. The menu was down so I assumed they were taking orders at the window. I let the gentleman know who is taking orders and he proceeds to make a face and let who I assume is the manager (wearing a blue shirt) know that I didn’t order at the menu stand because I assumed they were fixing it. She then proceeds to also make a face. They didn’t have to be rude.

I had to place a large last minute order. The staff is super friendly and understanding. They were able to complete the order in a timely manner and handle a customer who was very aggressive due a couple of minutes wait. The employees handled this customer with utmost professionalism and patience while completing the orders. The morning staff are wonderful! Thanks again!

Went to the drive thru to order an iced chai tea, was told they have them but not at the moment. Asked for something without caffeine and the guy says they have matcha. I try to order an iced matcha and all of the sudden the guy stops taking my order at the drive thru. So i drive around to the window to see what happened. Im thinking the speaker went out but no, he is serving someone else at the counter lol. After I wait for him to serve the other person, he comes to the window and says “sorry, we don’t have matcha or chai.” Im like “so why didn’t you say that when I was ordering?” He said “because the customer at the counter wanted me to help him”. Like WTH? You stopped taking my order, for something yall don’t even HAVE, and I had to wait for you to serve someone else before finding out you can’t even get me what I want. Ridiculous.
