Asked for a drink they told me they discontinued it called my closest dunkin and they said they still have it but were out of one of the ingredients and offered to make it another way as they have for the past week. Employees are just lazy.

Workers look annoyed every time ive gone, not rude but no one is smiling just over all depressing environment. Seating is dirty but I dont stay there anyways, Do know I went to get a hot chocolate Monday and they said they were out of "chocolate powder". What do you mean ? You are running a coffee shop and are out of hot chocolate? Embarrassing. Do not recommend

This place is run by amateurs. On 4 different times in 6 months they haven’t had either: cups, lids or kolaches. And this is early in the morning. How can you be a franchise and not have lids for coffee? When you sell coffee? Amateurs.

Me and 5 others came close to closing time after remembering we had some coupons for free coffee. A few of us were a little shy when it came to ordering, but the teenagers behind the counter were nice nonetheless. It was our first time at Dunkin, and we appreciated it. We all asked for recommendations. He was nice and gave each of us different coffees, some iced and some hot. He suggested I get an iced tea with brown sugar, and I really enjoyed it. Overall, 10/10, especially if you get the dark curly haired teenager cashier who's friendly ?.

I come almost every other day. It’s been three weeks and they never have utensils. They never have donuts and now they didn’t have hashbrowns literally almost every day. Why are you even open if y’all have no donuts?? Telling me to wait 4 hours for donuts at 2pm UMMM GET IT TOGETHER

Proably the worst Dunkin I've been to. The beans tasted burnt, the coffees they were serving weren't even filled to capacity, and yet they still tasted mediocre. The workers were lacking on teamwork as well. There was a girl who clearly didn't understand how to work the register and was brushed off when she asked for help. There is always at least a 10 minute wait, even with a mobile order. Allotted them 3 different tries but remained unsatisfied.Deleted the app for the rest of the time of being in McAllen.
