For the past 2 weeks I was craving breakfast from Edith's Mexican Buffet - Pharr and finally I got to come in today, only to be super disappointed! Horrible food, again super disappointing. Then we go to pay and the lady who charged us did not excuse the service. Like come on. Eggshells in the egg and hair on the fruit. Not cool, not ever going back.

Great deal Mon-Fri from 8 a.m-10 a.m $7.99 buffet not including drink. Once you're seated they take your drink order, I'd you want to order freshly made eggs, pancakes or French toast. Which tortillas you want which to me did not taste homemade. Breakfast selection, I saw was huevos rancheros, variety of scrambled egg variations. Chicharron en salsa verde, roja. Oatmeal, hashbrowns, pinto beans, small quesadillas were delicious. Different salsas, menudo was decent. Fruit, opportunity to build a salad. Fried weenies. Bacon, sausage links. I'm sure I'm missing other things. Flavorful food. I'm looking forward to try their lunch buffet next.

It's a great place for locals who speak Spanish accordingto my friend who took me there. I felt the bar was mediocre at best (visually) for my liking but for an authentic buffet its probably spot on.

Wonderful buffet with a great selection of delicious items. The staff are spot on with the service. Very clean establishment. Wish I lived closer so I could visit here weekly.... It's that good!!! 💯

I went there with my son. For a buffet it used to be better. Now, there's very few choices. We didn't stay for the lunch transition. I got sick. My son dodged whatever made me sick but I'm not going back there again!
