Boy things have really changed in my opinion.. the quality of their food has really become sub- standard. It has made me rethink fast food- it's bad enough that the price has really went UP! And quality is way down. Breaks my heart. I've loved Pollo Loco for about 30 years and I'm not going back. I'll find a food truck before I go there again. Even Stripes gas station is better

Good and quick. Had their 2 pice chicken meal. Green sauce is awesome. Beans need some salt, or flavor but that is my only issue for otherwise good fast food.

Vanessa at the drive thru was dry when trying to place the order, looked SOUR as if it was a problem I was ordering. Order was at noon. Experience 0/10. I don’t expect people to be jolly 24/7, but atleast don’t make people feel like it’s an inconvenience that they are making you do the JOB YOU WERE HIRED TO DO. SMH

Eating el Pollo loco is one of the best fast food options in terms of health. In my opinion The chickens delicious and I enjoy getting the avocado chicken salad with tortillas on the side to make my own tacos.
