If you're using the Drive-thru you're good, but if you plan on sitting inside BEWARE. They blend drink orders with an obnoxiously loud blender that drowns out any possibility for a conversation.

Bad customer service, the lady barely made eye contact, she didn't even want to talk or take my order, the floor was dirty, the blue berry muffin taste like it wasn't cooked properly, and the coffee taste more like water that coffee.

Ordered an Iced chai Tea latte with Soft top. They didn’t add the soft top but did Charge for it. Plus the drink had a weird after taste. Had to to throw it away. Not worth 8 dollars honestly. ?

Went at 9PM and the AC must've been off or something because it was uncomfortably hot. I ordered an iced chai and it had a weird after taste. Almost $7 for a nasty drink that I threw away. Was charged for a cup of water from the sink as well. Not coming back. Thanks.

Ive always said gloria jeans is the best hands down better than starbucks even the customer service is great they are always so polite. But they do seems to run out of ingredients more often than not. I know it's happened to me a lot more than once where I get a certain drink and it's not the same ingredients. I really wish they would disclose that when they are out of the regular ingredients, so we the paying customer can either choose to get something else or just not get anything at all. I hope they start taking this advice into consideration. But other than that everything else is up to par in my book. The hot white chocolate mocha and the white chocolate cookie are the best!

I try these places 3 times they never have regular cold brew they try to replace it with some fancy flavor cold brew they invented but its not good. Bad experience in these places just go to Starbucks
