Ive always said gloria jeans is the best hands down better than starbucks even the customer service is great they are always so polite. But they do seems to run out of ingredients more often than not. I know it's happened to me a lot more than once where I get a certain drink and it's not the same ingredients. I really wish they would disclose that when they are out of the regular ingredients, so we the paying customer can either choose to get something else or just...
They never disappoint, this is my go to place for coffee. The staff were super nice especially Bianca Davila who helped me find my new favorite coffee that I will forever get!! Thank you so much!!!! You guys need to come and try it!!!
