Hadn't been here in a while. Decide to come here since I was craving gorditas, and we used to come here quite often when we lived in Hidalgo. It was quite a disappointment ? The gorditas were not what I remembered. The texture of the gorditas seemed harder, as if they are now cooked in oil instead of being cooked on a flat grilling before. Small establishment with a simple menu. No pictures on menu so I suggest checking their photo gallery. Friendly ladies and very prompt service. The food is delicious but today my mother and I went for menudo and we received bad customer service from the lady who processes the transactions. My mother was taking some of the salsa that they gave to us in an open container and the lady was arguing that we can't take it because apparently they're gonna reuse it (which shouldn't be the case because of COVID and germs).
