Some of the food was warm to the touch, Ice cold in the center.
Missing labels on alot of the foods.
Certain foods that are supposed to be spicy where very sweet. Not spicy at all.
Plates that where placed out for the guest had puddles of water. So far since moving back from San antonio I believe chopstick would be a better spot.

Clean restaurant, and bathrooms. The food is fresh and the guy who cooks on the circular Mongolian grill has been cooking those noodles, as far as I could remember for 14+ years. So you already ready know this dude holds the key to the ancient Mongialian secrets.

The atmosphere isn't anything special, however, it's offset by the price and cleanliness. The perfect place for a group.
I highly recommend this Grand China Buffet.
