Horrible service. I ordered food through the app and it took them almost an hour to give me my order. They did not seem very busy had plenty of staff and no one seemed to care to bring me my food item. Very upsetting experience. It would be understandable if they had all their tables full and I could see them bringing out food to other but that was not the case. I could even see into the kitchen from the front and the cooks had the table top starting to fill up. They all seemed to be doing nothing. Even 1 table got up to leave during the hour I was there and it took them at least 15 to take their payment. No one came out and they seemed confused on how to charge them. Will never step foot into this IHOP again. Even though it is the closest one to where I live.

We went yesterday at night , first of all the person in the entrance very rude and not bilingual.. I know maybe bilingual is not required but it’s essential for all the people that work here in the valley. A lot of customers from North Mexico came here .. but continuing… the waitress so sleepy and with bad humor , her face was like everything we asked or everything she was doing like causes her inconvenience..it’s was not that late maybe (10 pm)but she was so rude , she was not putting attention to our order and in less words she looks like she doesn’t want to work , my daughter asked for a huevo estrellado , and she got it scrambled.. we asked to the waitress to change the egg and she got more mad kicking the door with the leg every time she went to the kitchen . With a few people in the restaurant the ambient there was so awful… we thought in left the place immediately but we have placed the order and we didn’t be rude. The manager I think was the person who seated us , she was looking at the waitress and us and she didn’t say anything.. so bad team of workers they do . I have the ticket and the name of the waitress if you or any person need it .. I have go there many occasions but in the morning and nothing compared with this. Please if you don’t have the will to work at a customer service store or where to have to be in contact with persons , don’t work in that kind of places .. go and search for a Job where you don’t have to be with good mod or pretend to be . I wil never return to this IHOP , its a shame for the company .

Visited the valley for the first time and as I'm leaving I wanted to make sure I left a good review about the first place I visited on my trip. This IHOP had the best service and food quality I've ever had at the chain, and I left wanting to go back much more. Specifically, my server, Karol, was extremely attentive and informative and guided me through the overwhelming menu. Can't wait to come back!
