Used to get my online orders from here thru the app and now I stopped coming to this location. I can’t order my usual cravings thru the app it’s been almost 4 weeks they lost my business. You can’t order tacos thru the app. Not on this location shows unavailable they don’t seem to have tacos to order seems to me they disabled ordering tacos form here only other locations seems to work 🤔

I ordered 8 tacos and only got three sauces. I think it’s outrageous. I also ordered a blue Powerade and I got a red one and they even forgot to give it to me. I had to ask for it. The medium curly fries I asked were barely filled. The tacos were not crunchy but they were greasy They didn’t have sauce inside and we’re only three in the bag that they gave me. overall was not a pleasant experience

I placed an order online and went to pick it up, but the staff told me they couldn’t find it. When I showed them my confirmation number, no one was able to help me. Instead of working to resolve the issue, they argued with me. I also tried calling multiple times to speak with a manager, but no one answered. This experience was extremely frustrating, and the lack of professionalism and customer service was very disappointing.

Bacon Double SmashJck Medium Curly Fry Medium Diet Dr, Pepper was not worth the total of 15.01 It was so gross and definitely not presented the way it looks on the sign at the drive-thru. Nothing tasted fresh the curly fries were stale and greasy and the drink was semi flat.
