For almost 6 years, my family and I have eaten at this KFC we always pay extra for the all white meat. In fact for the 12 piece meal we pay an extra 14 bucks and its never been an issue. Today a very young man behind the register said that’s not possible. I explained to him that we have done that for many years and he informed me that no Kentucky Fried chicken has never allowed you to pay extra to get all white meat. He was argumentative and insistent that I was lying because they had never allowed that as an option. So we went up the street to Churches paid our 14 dollars extra got all white meat chicken, and are having a wonderful meal.
Turns out the food is just as good and it’s about 10 minutes closer to our house so we have a new Sunday place to eat.

Went through the drive thru 2 1/2 hours before closing but was told they couldn't complete my full order cuz they didn't have enough chicken. They didn't even offer a wait time to make the rest of the chicken needed. Seemed like the guy was going to take my order but another female in the background yelled at him then he responded that they didn't have enough chicken. Does that mean that they are going to turn other customers away as well just so they could close early or probably just didn't want to help me. This will more than likely be the last time I come here.

Mens bathroom was absolutely disguesting. Management needs to call in bio hazerd. I didnt want to wash my hands it was so bad. Chicken was..well chicken. Service was as fast as the flip of a coin. Overall clean up the place. Good people but store is dirty. 51 bucks for 3ppl. 12 piece 4 sides. Take the bank KFC

Really SUSPICIOUS...Went through drive thru... one car is waiting up front .. no one else in line... i pull up to window, i pay then the girl tells me to reverse my car behind a red pole to where i cant see in... making me think they doing some suspicious if they dont want me to have a visual of what they are doing... HOPEFULLY MY FOOD WASNT TAMPERED WITH

Ordered a 12 piece family meal and large order of fries. Wasn't asked what kind of chicken I wanted ( original or extra crispy), ( dark or variety). When I got home, there were no fries in the bag and had to drive all the way back. Felt rushed when there wasn't anyone else in line. Very bad experience.

Was charged a different price than is what is displayed and then not given what I ordered. When I brought it to their attention, I was given attitude and told that I hadn't been charged for the difference. Wasn't my fault that the order wasn't placed correctly. I knew there would be an upcharge so I didn't need to be told like that.

Ordered dark chicken and it was raw when complained management became argumentative. About dark chicken being like that. Also biscuits were not baked properly as they were unbaked. Manger remanded new employee in front of us which was most embarrassing to all. Manger told her “ if you come out short you will have to pay it. I couldn’t believe she actually told her this in front of all the customers.
