Food and Service was ok (like it supposed to be like that). My main issue was THE FEES that is added to the bill. We as a customer have to pay for the food (of course), tip (ok) BUT also for bank services for card payments, what is next, light bill, parking spot and cleaning?. Fees nowadays are getting out of control, and chinese food is supposed to be cheap food. I paid 18 bucks for a plate that if you put a hair on it they will charge you EXTRA.

Today was a pretty rough day for me and my wife but when we got to khans we felt the welcoming and comfort. Khans is my 2nd favorite restaurant but after today it might be my 1st. Ramon the cook was a very attentive and friendly cook. He definitely made our experience here a 10/10 making us laugh and the food he made was also amazing. 10/10 definitely made our days better.

So good! I didn't know what to expect walking in. I was surprised at the freshness of the food and how they cook it in front of you. I loved my meal and will definitely be back. Lots of choices, too. You won't be disappointed.

It’s certainly different from any other Mongolian restaurant I’ve been to. I would instead call it “Mongolian inspired.” The sauce and noodle options were a little weird and not what you’d see at a typical Mongolian BBQ place. Not bad though!

They lock the doors 30-40 minutes before they close but keep the open sign on. We walked in wanting to do a to go order and they had the first sets of doors open and the second locked. A server then passed by and told us through the door they were closed. If you're going to Kahn's don't bother going after 8, even though the hours says the close at 9, because they lock the doors. Wish this place cared more about customer service, other restaurants in Pharr wouldnt, and don't do this. Even took a photo of it but it won't let me add it. Sticking to the one on Nolana from now on.

This Kahn's deserves more than 5 stars. My wife and I ate there yesterday. She has food allergies, can't eat seafood. Well, the cook made sure to be especially careful. He used separate spatulas just for her food. My wife was highly impressed. Thanks for your great service.
I encountered a disappointing experience during my visit. There were an excessive number of employees present simultaneously, yet I observed a lack of attention to customer needs, particularly with regard to beverage refills. Many staff members appeared to be socializing in a group rather than fulfilling their duties. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations.

Look the food is not as desirable as I will like they don't tell you how you want it they think that's how you wanted second the cooks. demand to give you a tip if you gave it little they reprement you for giving you so little tip I've tried it in the past 4 months to go to cons 5to 10times and it isn't what I've expected the waiters are nice the only one you should give them a tip are the waiters cause they are actually friendly service . The atmosphere looks like it needs a fresh paint around the place .and new decorations
