Everything I've been able to taste tastes very good. I give extra credits for how fascinating it is to see how they prepare everything in sight, the flour or corn tortillas mmmmm!!!? a delight, pancakes or some prepared drink, such as smoothies, etc. Very rich.

We recently moved from Mission to Pharr, so we're finding new local restaurants. This will become one of our regular restaurants. My husband had the special cheese burger and fries. The burger was huge and large portion of fries. He said everything was excellent. I had Veracruz which was one ground beef relleno and two chicken enchiladas rice and beans. It was superb. The service was fabulous. We were served chips and salsa and a nice cup of soup. The restaurant was very welcoming and quiet. Thank you for all you do.

We have been coming here for a few weeks and here's what I can recommend - the tacos a la plancha are really good, very melty and cheesy, the fajitas are very tender. The cheese enchiladas use cheddar cheese, which I like, and the Chile relleno is really good as well. The Tortilla used for the burrito tasted off and the barbacoa tasted like it was reheated. And they do charge to use a credit card

I ordered a plate with a pancake, one egg, bacon, and a coffee. The pancake was dry, the egg tasted old, the bacon was overcooked, and the coffee was not good. When I spoke with the manager he was rude. I paid for the plate but did not pay for the coffee because I didn't drink any. Will not visit again.

Homemade tortillas every day. It gets busy at peak hours, so there is a wait.

This is my go-to, when I bring out of family or friends from out of town. It is by far, the best place to go for a fresh, homemade, authentic Mexican breakfast, lunch, or dinner. As close to the traditional home cooked meal! I keep coming back and have yet to be disappointed. Their menu has a large selection of dishes to choose from. They’ve done a fantastic job over the years, adding to the traditional Mexican decor. The service has always been spectacular! We get greeted and seated immediately as we come in, our order comes out in a timely manner. Our server often returns to check in on us. They also have a large private room for a party, reunion or get together.

My grandpa brought us here since it is his favorite Mexican place in the area. Very authentic. They make fresh tortillas right in front of you. Chips are great. Salsa (didn't care for it. The "queso" is melted white cheese (similar to mozarella) like you would find inside a quesadilla so you can put it on a tortilla for a cheese roll up but not great for chips. We had the fajita meat and it was tasty. My dad really liked it. We also split a fresh squeezed lemmonade which was really good. Forgot my phone so wasn't able to take any pics :(

Love their Texas carne guisada taco! One on 281 but my sis says one on 495 and about 2 blocks east of Expressway is much better!
