Deberian de correr a la persona que contesta el telefono hemos marcado hoy nada mas 6 veces y la persona contesta y cuelga o no contesta. Como dueño de negocio le puedo decir que eso afecta bastante, y la mentablemente no es la primera vez que marcamos y nunca contestan.
UPDATE: por fin contesto y si.. como dicen los otros reviews, el que toma las ordenes tiene una actitud de asco..

Terrible service with the persons in charge. I order on the phone because in the restaurant takes forever. Arrived on time. The guy on the register simply ignored me and I was the first in line. He was more interested in taking new orders from the people behind me. After the new orders were taken I asked for my order who was sitting on the counter and his reply was: “I didn’t take YOUR order, somebody else will come to help you” and he left the register. Another guy came and when I told him that I have been waiting for a pick up order he just rolled his eyes. The order was cold. When after I paid I told him that they need to get a better system because my order was cold he had the audacity to YELL at me. He yelled that he just brought the order, in a very menacing way, which of course wasn’t true because I had been waiting for almost 15 minutes. NEVER AGAIN stopping at this place.

Terrible place to eat. DO NOT waste your money in a terrible place. Took forever to give us menu, they did not clean the table. Waitress was extremely rude. They overcharged for our order. I was furious to learn that you can’t do nothing about it and just pay and leave.
$25.10 for 2 orders of tacos de canasta and 2 drinks. The tacos are just $7 an order.
When she told me the total I was in shock, I handed her the money upset and she told me “no sea grosera” and I was like excuse me??? This was beyond upsetting. This lady does not have a clue of what grosera means. I didn’t cuss at her because I just couldn’t believe it.
